This trip was an interesting trip on 7/24/22. There was someone new at the register, Dee. When I approached register 1, I had to wait a few moments while she checked her cell phone, then wait for her to put it away at register 3. She then went to ring my order and where a pricing issue came up and she was nice enough to allow me to make a switch of one item that was mispriced/in the wrong spot. I came back to register, made my purchase with my coupon and it occurred to me that my total should have been lower, given $10 off $20 but I thought nothing of it till I got right outside the exit and something made me check my receipt. Dee had failed to take off the one item I had went to exchange and yet charged me for that and the other item I chose to replace it as well. NOW, here is the kicker: when I went back into the store not even 1 minute later, there is Dee at the register who suddenly says, "I forgot to take that off didn't I? I realized it after you walked out." REALLY Dee? You could not have stepped away or had a coworker step away for a moment to let me know? I was only 30 feet away. Funny, you found the time to make me wait at the register for you to check your cell phone but were willing to let me leave with an additional almost $9 on my bill knowing I had exchanged it and not even an attempt to let me know before I drove home. That says a LOT about how she feels about her Big Lots customers. I won't bother with her again.

It's a very nice clean place. I shopped there just a few days ago. Cashier are the best. I wish I remember their names but, they're definitely keepers.

My experience at Big Lots was alright, I bought myself an iphone charger so I can my iphone charged when I need it.They also have Easter stuff out for the community.

I feel like it's some what of a cluster of random things when I walk in here... But it is Big Lots. Needs to be a little more organized. They have great prices and some really nice coupons you can take advantage of. I've bought Patio and Living Room furniture from here and neither disappointed. Staff could be a little nicer.

Im a big lots guy however we called the store before we went asked them to put a recliner on hold for us she said they wouldn't because they had 7 and would probably not sale that many well the 45 minute drive later they sold all 7 recliners so an hour and a half wasted plus gas and not even a worthless sorry

Always love Big lots. They always have something for everyone. Great place for Christmas stockings and a quick gift. Go early because it goes fast.

I love this store it has a huge selection of anything you can think of they also carry great patio furniture and also great living room and bedroom furniture the cashier I had was the best experience at a big lots I have ever had and I told her I was new to the area and she welcomed me and also started mentioning places in the area to go shop and also visit .

Always good deals, very clean and well organized. Such a wide variety and prices that are typically even cheaper than Amazon on many things. I've always found some really unique foods here as well. Great place for organization supplies and unique and cheap gifts as well.
