This Flower and Gift Shop is very beautiful on the inside as is everything they have in there. I would recommend this place to any and everybody for whatever you need your flowers for they have it and they also have a wonderful and caring staff that will take care of all your needs. We needed a floral arrangement for a funeral and the guy was very sweet and patient and allowed my mom the time she needed to pick out the different flowers she wanted in her arrangement and didn't try to rush us and he was just wonderful. So if you need flowers for any occasion please go to Craig's gifts and flowers on Alexis Road near Douglas. You won't be disappointed.

Ordered flowers for my mom on mother's day and told the gentleman special what I wanted and didn't get it at all. Did flowers I didn't want asked for pink flowers and only got 1 in a 70 dollar order. Will not be going back and will NOT recommend to anyone. The help acted like it was a chore to help us in the shop.

Coming in out of town and needing a flower arrangement for a funeral, this florist was suggested by Jordan Urbanski and he was spot on. What a gorgeous arrangement I found at the funeral. It was what I asked for and I could not be happier. Thank you, Craig's.

I live out of state and had to find a florist in Toledo that I could trust to make a sympathy fruit basket. I searched all over from Amazon, to gift basket websites, then finally to local places. Most had poor reviews. I then called craigs, mostly because it was close to where I wanted the basket to go. I told the staff member (Cindy) my aunt had passed and in lieu of flowers I wanted a food basket sent to my uncle and bachelor cousin. I gave her a list of dietary restrictions and told her of a few things I thought they might like. She went shopping herself for the items and then sent me a photo of the finished basket. It was FULL of stuff. Not a lot of stuffing with a few pieces of fruit around it - she made my dollars to FAR. 3 weeks later, that dear uncle passed (broken heart syndrome?) and I called Cindy again. Once more, she headed out and made a lovely basket for my cousin. I couldn't be happier with her kindness, compassion and fair pricing. She truly put thought into everything and I feel like I have a new friend that I can trust. Thank you Craig's Flowers and Gifts, for making a difficult time a little easier.

Craig's made the flowers for our wedding in October, and we couldn't have been happier! I left a lot of the details up to Cindy, and the bouquets she made us were exactly what I wanted and had described to her. She was extremely pleasant to work with, easy to reach, and the prices were very reasonable (especially compared to others in the area). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a florist for their wedding! Thank you!!
