DO NOT USE. I even bought extra insurance to cover a package that I had shipped and when I brought the package in to the store the clerk pulled it off the counter and dropped it on the floor in front of her. When I told the owner about it because there did end up being damage she said she doesn’t like me accusing her employees of dropping it on the floor. I told her I wasn’t accusing her I know she did it. I told her that there were other people in the store at the same time and that I was in such shock and didn’t want to embarrass the clerk so I didn’t say anything. but that she should look at the cameras she told me she does not have cameras and they will not stand behind it on insurance because the company I sent it to went ahead and repaired it and billed me for it. They even documented it on my receipt and invoice that it was damaged in shipment. and which parts were damaged that they had to replace and which parts were my responsibility for the reason the machine didn’t work right in the first place. we were not made aware that when a package is damaged you cannot just go ahead and fix it without them having UPS come out and assess it. What a joke the owner did not care at all and not a good business person. Do not do business here if you want you package to arrive in good condition.

I went in and set up an appointment for a notary and I drove all the way across town wasted my gas for them to tell me they weren't there they had my phone number and didn't even bother to call and tell me that they couldn't keep the appointment! If something comes up call someone!

Customer service was great, but every Saturday I come in, there’s always only one person with about 5-6 customers waiting. Management needs to have more workers in there so that one employee isn’t doing all the work. I can only imagine the stress and energy. Get more than one person in there!!!

I honestly hate UPS. Every single time they try to deliver something it's more of a pain than it is a convenience. I waited all day for my packet and they "tried to deliver it" when I went to use the restroom for 5 minutes. They left a notice on the door, which easily falls off, and then moved on. I didn't hear a single thing outside and they seriously close at 2 PM on Saturday. That is just a inconvenient time to close for most people! They are completely closed on Sundays and that leaves me waiting until late Monday for something I needed in the morning! UPDATE: It's now Monday and they still didn't deliver it like they were supposed to! They couldn't seem to find the package and so now we've requested it to just stay at the hub because apparently they can't deliver packages.

I needed a label printed from a .pdf file on my smart phone for a FEDEX pickup and the UPS Store on W 29th is the only place in Pittsburg that can do it. I emailed the label form to them and it was ready by the time I got there. Their service is exceptional, prices are low (I got 2 copies of my label printed for 99©) You don't need an office. They do it all!

My package said it was delivered on a Monday and I went into the facility 3 different times for them to tell me they did not have it. It wasn't till I called telling them report it lost that they suddenly had my package and they did not care that they hard made me come in 3 different times to get it.

First, this is a "UPS Store", associated with UPS but not owned by UPS. This store is independently owned and operated. The customer service is superb, the person that owns the store takes pride in her store and offers customer service on a level that is hard to find now days. I'm usually in and out within just a few minutes and know my packages will be taken care of. Highly recommend.

The lady at the front was super nice. I thought they were close and she came outside to let me know that she could still do one more transaction when I wanted to ship my books back.
