Well, I was SO relieved when a very nice gentleman from Home Depot told me to give JANNEYS a call when a certain Part I needed for my Gas Mower was out of stock there; and I am referring to The Home Depot on Alexis Road in Toledo Ohio!! So, I called JANNEYS, had the pleasure of speaking with the owner!! My name is Colleen but, for some reason the Owner of JANNEYS started calling me KELLY! I JUST LOVED IT AND TOLD HIM SO BECAUSE THAT WAS MY NICKNAME WHEN I WAS YOUNG!! And, YES, he had the Specific Part I needed and, when I rode my bike over to JANNEYS, the Amazing Owner of JANNEYS had everything I needed waiting for me at the Front Counter!!

I bought a Toro walk behind mower from Janney’s eleven years ago, and a Toro snowblower from them about six years ago. Both are serviced by Janney’s and both have been very dependable. My experiences with the Sales and Service departments have been great.

My first visit I received superior customer service and I didn't buy the product I was looking at. I wanted to see what other like distributors were offering. After visiting 2 other like competitors, Janney's customer service was unmatched! On my return approximately a month later, I was welcomed with great service and I purchased. Great staff, was welcomed as soon as we walked through the door, and they proceeded to take care of our screen repair needs. We were told it would be a few days to complete. The next day we were called and our screens we're ready to be picked up. Repairs were as good as new or better. Thanks Janney's

I bought my new Toro lawnmower (2nd. Toro, 1st. time I had to buy one by myself) there last year & ive never met such a helpful, friendly & informative group of people in my life! They were so enjoyable I didn’t want to leave, LOL. They went over everything I needed to know as a new owner. It was all assembled & oiled up ready to go for me, all I needed was gas! Great place, great people!!!!

Went in to janney's for first time looking for new chainsaw. For light yard work and removing a few small trees. Staff was very friendly and helpful with my questions. Helped me pick out a Stihl model for reasonable budget. Walked me through its operation test ran it and was out door in under 15min. Few days later got thank you card in mail from them. Top Notch customer service.
