The service was great!! Got all the paint stuff I needed. I didn't feel uncomfortable like I normally do when talking with others. I just wish I knew about the military discount BEFORE I bought all the stuff I got lol.

Bought a refrigerator Lowes uses a separate company for their large appliances. It is the absolutely the worst delivery company if ever seen. Dropping parts off of the new refrigerator on the sidewalk never picking it up. Took the doors off my old refrigerator and put them on their truck, they measured my kitchen door jam to see if it would fit and told me I would have to remove the wood work. Note the house wasn't build around the refrigerator. My wife suggested a alternate route and got a quick no. That is the way it came in. It took me 5 minutes to clear a way to the door. By that time they were already in their truck wi/h me running after them yelling yelling stop. Lowes manager on airport highway had their own men pick up the old refrigerator when he found out what happened. Thank you Ryan

Need a small vinyl siding peace for a repair on my home. Only had 12' which 100% fine with purchasing. But I unlike home Depot Lowe's has no hand saw cut spot where I could cut it in half to fit in my car. So finally was able to track someone down to help me and they said they didn't think they could but would see. After 20 min of waiting no one returned. So I went up front asked again at pro desk. Guy looked lime I asked him for NASA secret codes... I said do you have just a box cutter I can score it and split is myself. Oh no they could not do that. Finally just just gave up. Faded it and crammed it in my car Product is fine. Help was not. Menards and home Depot get the win for customer service

Don't go here for fencing. Estimate done and paid for in November of 2021. Had to wait 3 months for materials to get in. The installers came on a rainy day in February of 2022 and did the whole job in a few hours. Didn't even let the post concrete set before they started putting chain link up. The gate was supposed to be custom 50 x 42. They sent a 72 x 36. Installers put up a 36 x 42 and told me they put in an order for the gate I was supposed to have. Installers "finished" and ran, leaving my yard a muddy mess. After inspection noticed the pet wire wasn't even attached to the fence! After a visit to the store to inquire about the gate and pet wire, I was told the gate was never ordered and that the installers said the job was complete. So now it's June and the gate is finally in but the store didn't tell the new installer about the pet wire. So 7 months to get this less than 100 feet of chain link fence complete. Hopefully. The installers need to be vetted better. It seems they will hire anyone experienced or not to do the job. If this job went well I was going to get windows done through Lowe's, but now I definitely won't.

Tour the store to find an employee if you need help! Then hope they give you the right answer because they seem like they know nothing about the merchandise! Terrible customer service and since noone works in garden plants we're blown all over the back of the parking lot! I'll never get flowers here again... talk about buyers remorse!!

I will just stick to home depot. They were nice. There product don't seem to be that great. I returned my stuff and went to Walmart. My man like don't go there any more. Its either walmart or home depot.

Trying to redo my kitchen for over a year. The design person did not order the right cabinets said it was my fault. I had to pay out of pocket for her mistake. Waited over 45 minutes for them to pull a order of 2 boxes. Used to love this .

Not a single person stopped to help after asking for help. Waited 30 minutes for anyone to help me with a tool chest I was going to buy. I called the customer service desk while I was in the store to to tell them I’m still waiting for help. I could see the customer service desk from where I was standing. The girl working at the desk picked up the phone and then immediately hung it up. After that, I just left. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

most horrible experience with the kitchen remolding center - please do yourself a favor and save a headache and DO NOT USE Lowe's. Horrible customer service - took almost 6 mos. to complete a job that was supposed to be done in 8 weeks - they mismeasured for the cabinets NIGHTMARE!

Lumber prices shocking.. love the store. Availability of polite ! associates that actually know about customer service and are willing to be helpful is a huge plus. Love the little lady who works with seeds and feeders ..wild birds ..pet animal feed area at times. Store is Clean, organized and well stocked.
