Everytime I come to this location it always turns into a 45 minute wait because they only have one person doing everything while everyone else just stands around doesn’t seem like they care at all with making sure things go smoothly.

this is one of the most brain dead stores ever. some issues, never give the right amount of food, very slow on helping customers, mean workers, randomly cleaning to close early and slows down the line, never stocked on anything, sometimes out of chips, and sticky silverware….STICKY SILVERWEAR, are you kidding me!! this place is a wreck!! wow!

Ordered 2 items one being veggie burrito the other chicken bowl and the veggie burrito intended for a vegetarian to eat was loaded with steak!!! The place was EMPTY and we were the only pick up order! How do you get this so wrong?!

My kids truly enjoy there chicken quesadillas an they will not make for you anymore. My kids don’t eat anything else. I will give elm road a shot and hope they take care of a long time chipotle customer that will be saddened to have to go to hot heads if they do not recover from Cortland roads mistakes. The attitudes from the employees might I add was horrible.

The sofritas are a great option for plant based diets. The bowl was good. Not a five star review because the chips are often stale. Need to change those bags out more often.

Why is it every single time I come to this location they are out of chips?! Seems like a simple thing to have on hand. Your store just lost out on extra revenue AGAIN! I go to other locations and they're never out of chips. It's actually a huge reason I come to Chipotle in the first place vs the competition. Might seem trivial, but when you're planning a meal and are looking forward to a menu item that SHOULD be available only to find out they are out once again, it's frustrating and infuriating it happens so often here! Who the hell is the manager at this location? Maybe they need more training?!

I asked for a veggie bowl and wrap on the inside of the bowl and this is what I got. Bad female employees with bad attitudes will make your visit to Chipotle one that is not good. I had to wait for sautéed green peppers and I watched her throw them on my food. Really!!!

Chipotle of Niles Ohio, gave me this carryout Burrito bowl with double meet. There was nothing in it. Got home and saw the picture below. Tried calling them. All 3 times it rang until they disconnected me. Never again folks. This place rips you off and doesn't care!

Put in an online order on 6/25 To be ready at 5:15. I walked in, no line. My order still wasn't ready until 5:21. I asked for extra corn salsa; but received no corn salsa extra tomato salsa. So when I got home my burrito was soggy, not to mention I don't like tomatoes. I wouldn't be writing this if the order was ready at 5:25, just wish it was correct.
