I was in there yesterday 11/10/21 and I was back where the Christmas stuff is and I ask the dude a question and he got all bent out shape he's the dude wthe huge beard I just about put him on the floor he come close to getting knocked out I've been to alot of walmart stores and the west union walmart is by far the worst I've ever seen 🐖🚫

I get prescriptions here because they accept my insurance but they have messed them up a few times. Its not often but my issue is that they will never say sorry we messed up. Even if its obvious that its their fault they will always blame the doctor or insurance for the mistake. There is normally a line you have to wait in also to get to the one cashier for 25 min every time you go also. Kills me when you have 9 people working, 20 customers waiting and 1 person or at max 2 are helping customers. But it is what it is i guess.

Everyone in that store needs an attitude adjustment. No one knows ho wss to meet and greet within 10 feet . You need to bring back th ees benches for people with health problems to be able to sit

This is the worst pharmacy in the world the ladies that work there are extremely rude I was there yesterday 4/15/21 next time I have to go im going to start getting names And put them on display for everyone to see i do not want to even give them 1 star 1 star star is way too much to give them I had a nurse tell me that this pharmacy is not good they need to fire all of them and get all new people

Been waiting 2 weeks for them to refill my prescription. Was first told they don't carry it (I've been getting it at this Wal-Mart for 6-7 months or longer) I tell her that she then says it will be ready tomorrow so fingers crossed thats true

I wish I'd never had used them. Half the time they'll say they don't have insurance on file for you, even when you're an established patient. OR, there will be some issue while trying to run your insurance. HORRIBLE customer service. Walmart should just stick to groceries.

Helpful. If there is a problem with a prescription it's the fault of the insurance company. One time a few years ago I got so frustrated with the insurance company I just gave up. The Walmart pharmacy stepped in and got it straightened out with the insurance. I didn't ask them to, they did it on their own initiative.
