Jestin Stevenson at the West Union store helped my wife and me upgrade our old iPhones to new iPhone 11's. Jestin made the whole process much easier and efficient than we imagined. He helped us select the right model, explained how to back up our data to the cloud, got everything going on the new phones, erased our old phones and gave us a little discount for their trade in value. Based on experience other places, we thought this would take hours. We were in and out of the store with our new phones in about 45 minutes. I highly recommend this store and Jestin in particular.

They have nothing in the store, in fact I actually thought it had closed for lack of anything in the Windows. When I realized it was open I turned around and went back because my Hum was broken. After waiting a few minutes the young man working actually came out with it and said we don't have a tool to take it apart I would suggest you buy the tool and see if you can take it apart and fix it..humm doesn't anything have a warranty anymore. Just had it 6 months and now it's junk

The staff was very helpful and friendly. My family had a medical situation arise and we needed to change our expired plan. We discovered I was eligible for a discount through my employer and they sold me a plan best suited for my family instead of the unlimited plan. (Which we didn't need) I was having a technical issue getting a digital copy of my check stub to which they helped and they were patient while I talked and texted my wife the information (because she was away with the family member) and gave us the time to make a decision. Their patients was very much appreciated and we will be visiting again later this year.
