EXCELLENT STAFF AN FOOD AT THIS LOCATION

Staff stole money from me. Do not pay cash for fuel! Paid the cashier, Randel $60 on used $42. They would not give me my change. They would not count the til or even help in anyway. Worst experience ever. Best to pay outside, the staff inside were terrible. In the end Randel laughed at me in front of my family because I wanted my money back.

Driving through and stopped for a few things. Service was horrible. The cashier kept my stuff on the other side of the plastic divider. Then refused to give me a bag for my stuff which more then I could carry in my arms with a baby in my arms. Then when she finally gave me a bag, she literally threw my stuff into the bag and full on threw the bag at me. I didn't catch her name. But she was not someone I'd have somewhere with a lot of people coming through. Extremely rude.

today I forgot my phone in the toilet, a woman who maintains cleanliness in these places found and gave it to me, I am very grateful that such responsive and very honest people work here, thank you very much 👍

Poor experience here. Watched the signs on down the interstate for $3.03 a gallon for 87 gas. Drove to the place specifically for the price when I get to the pump it's $3.149. The lady inside would not honor it and I was out of fuel so I was forced to purchase it. Pumped fuel and receipt paper not in machine. Had go back in wait in long line for the receipts. Won't be going back ever.

Stopped here late at night on a road trip to Chicago and had the pleasure of meeting former employee, Levy. He was a personable fellow and welcomed us to Ohio, and paid for our coffee. This was our only experience in Ohio - 5 stars.

We stopped at the 711 on 12/19. The man working (Gage) welcomed everyone as they came in and seemed genuinely happy to be serving us.
