People standing in house should be priority over online orders. To be greeted at the door that it’s going to be awhile because I have online orders that come first. Priorities seem messed up. If you don’t have employees prioritize. Maybe no online orders today?!?!?

Great service and the manager is always on top of things. She is friendly when greeting and engaging with customers. She is also right in there working with the staff. Loved that they keep the store clean. 👍

I'm pretty sure customer service is a thing of the past... Especially at this Subway at South ridge. Absolutely pathitic service..after 30 minutes of waiting and countless times of a poor Amazon driver whom only had 30 minutes for break, someone decided to come from the back and help everyone.. she was " cutting tomatoes" and then our turn came ..yes finally and guess what no chicken teriyaki because , you guessed it she was " cutting tomatoes" , I'm done wasting my effort to even write about this craphole they call a restaurant but the SUBWAY in SOUTH RIDGE Wilmington Ohio please close your doors or hire someone that realizes your in the service industry or what's left of it. Pitiful absolutely pitiful experience.

My son is 11 and just experienced Subway for the 1st time last week. Talk about a picky eater. Now, after his 2nd visit, the turkey Italiano is his favorite sandwich. Thank you Subway!

I’m fairly certain the bread that was used for my sub today was made in 1987. Honestly there is no way the lady who made it didn’t notice. I came in at 11:30 and had the older lady take my order. Seriously ridiculous you would use bread like that to make someone a sandwich.

This subway has definitely gone downhill since I first moved to Wilmington. The manager always has an attitude with customers, they’re very slow because the coworkers don’t get along on the line, and because a lot of the time they just don’t care about your order. I’ve noticed recently it hasn’t been open for a week or so following a critical review from the health department that was posted on Wilmington News Journal.

So slow. Slowest subway I've ever been too. Staff members obviously didn't get along so they were not helping each other. We only had one person in front of us but we almost left. Hopefully they work this out. I love subway.
