Absolutely poor service from drop off to being told will text when ready to wait a whole day for a needed antibiotic to not hear from anyone. To start calling store at 7pm to have absolutely none the phones answered in pharmacy or in store. Completely sad this the pharmacy Southside youngstown stuck with.

How to prescription called in here. I went the next day and it was still not done and I was told it would take even longer. They are absolutely awful they're pharmacy. Apparently it takes over 24 hours to get a prescription filled. I wouldn't send anything here. I wouldn't even send my worst enemy here

Overall I've had a pretty OK experience with this pharmacy. I find it very strange, that when I ask them for THEIR service THAT IM entitlement to, they always seem to have an attitude. Whenever I ask them to delivery its always a problem and that's when customer service goes downhill. Today they delivered my medication and I kept my door open so he just knocked on the screen door, apparently the one knock was too much of a knock for him! My 11 year old tells me that someone's at the door and when I go to open the door, he's shaking his head with an attitude. That was very unprofessional and rude! Especially because I know that THAT WAS the manager. There's no point in me actually calling to complain because he is the manager but literally that's your job and you need to do better, sir seriously! Look into getting a better job if you don't want to deliver services! You were supposed to call when you were here and you can clearly see i was attending to my children!

Went to buy 6 bottles of wet n wild nail polish for )1.09 each. They rang up $1.99 the supervisor said that she can’t fix the price issue. No manager on duty. Showed the lady In the pharmacy & she confirmed all of them and the price the supervisor went back cuz she didn’t believe her. Finally agreed to give me shelf price but made me get back in line behind 3 people. Finally I said it wasn’t worth it and left

I will not deal with Rite Aid Pharmacy at South Ave and Midlothian again. This is the second time they couldn’t fill a prescription and left me in the lurch. And not even call me and tell me they couldn’t fill it. They called other stores to get it filled while I waited at the counter. Very unprofessional. I do not appreciate having to run around town trying to get my script filled. I’ve been a long time customer. Both my husband and myself. No more. I’m done with Rite Aid. If I could give you no stars I would.
