My buddy Glenn gave me this little key fob now promised me to go there and get the cheapest thing I can get on the menu to get one of their little baby milkshakes truly a blessing I thank you again Glenn and it gives me a nice little treat of ice cream once in awhile that's all got to watch the waste when you get older God bless Wendy's for this great idea to promote sales and giving somebody something besides a great service and a great product God bless and shalom

Everyone on the late night shift on mothers day was super awesome. Even though they were understaffed they handled everything calmly and made sure everything was perfect before it went out. I know it's been rough in the service industry lately so it's nice to see committed people.

This is the slowest Wendy's ever! At least the slowest I have been too. Not only is the only option for getting food the extremely slow moving drive-thru but they don't let anybody inside the restaurant. They recently remodeled the place and they don't even let customers enjoy it. Management is also a complete joke here as well. They appear to care even less than the staff and that is saying something. Do not go here! Any other place would be better than this disaster.

Worse fast food place in Youngstown!!! I put a order in online and these fools say they couldn't find my order had to come home grab my phone called the place and they found it....As I went back to walk in some rude lady locked the door with a little smile on her face made me wait 25 mins in the drive through just to tell me once again they can't find my order....we'll came home let the old lady go up there now how hard is it not to clear your orders till they come and go....so yeah if you want good fast food don't go there they don't care at all about the costumers orders

Been there many times and every order has been correct with good quality food. It is busy at lunch, so the wait can be 5-10 minutes.

Everytime I come here I'm stuck in line for 25+ minutes, I stop here because it's on my way home, should have just driven out of my way to Austintowns Wendy's! Would probably still have gotten my food faster! Workers act as if its a hassle for them to do what they get paid for!

Literally waited 35 minutes just to get to the speaker then had to wait 10 more minutes food will arrive even though it was called in early as a doordash if I can wait this zero Stars I would rate it negative four. Just watched free cars leave

Super slow at the drive thru! I have not moved for 15 minutes!!!!! It took 35 minutes from the time i got in line. And to top it off... they got my order wrong! This is the last straw! Terrible customer service every time I go there.. I will never return even though I pass it probably 10 times a week

I think thatt his Wendy's location is one of the better ones, I went here tonight and the food was hot & fresh, unlike alot of other locations. The order takers at the drive through are always friendly and have smiles on their faces. I've been to other Wendy's location's as well as other restaurant drive through windows where the person taking my order, or who I paid my money to as well or the last worker who hands me my food, at times, NO - many times at some of these restaurants the workers at the windows had totally disrespectful and unprofessional attitudes, voice inflections that reflected anger or disdain directed towards a regular customer, of course I'm not saying that all other drive through fast food restaurants share this reflection of obvious poor store location management, but I wish that I could say here that it's only happened once or twice but that's not the case, I however can honestly say that there are many more professionally ran fast food restaurants then there are poorly ran ones, and this Wendy's location is one of those where its obvious that they have a very professional manager who promotes a positive work environment, one who understands the screening process when hiring new employees, and most importantly the employees who do the cooking are trained well, praise God for small miracles and great managers, and for all to read I have to say that this Wendy's location is by far my favorite. ***ATTN; To this locations Manager, I have to commend you for doing the great job that you do, you obviously have been well trained as it shows through your employees. I have a degree in Business Management & Marketing from Kent State University, I've owned and operated several businesses, trained middle and upper management and I have to say that your style of management and the corporate culture you've instilled into your staff members speaks volumes, your corporate office, district and regional managers hopefully have taken notice to how strong your management skills are and they have plans for your advancement to a position that will give you the opportunities to soar as high as you can dream possible in the corporate world.
