We were able to walk in and get a regular flu shot. No appointment necessary. The pharmacist was personable and professional. We call this store our CVS store.

I have been coming to this location for 7 years consistently. The last 2 times through the drive-through I had to wait more than 15 minutes and one time I actually had to leave because I could not wait This was not a busy time it was mid afternoon Also today I was told that a prescription that should be filled today is in process and will take another 2 hours it is 11 AM

Most unprofessional and disrespectful pharmacy I have ever been to. They were rude, and unhelpful, going so far as to hang up in the middle of me talking about the medication I was trying to get filled. I will never go here again, and I want to warn others against trying to fill prescriptions here. You will probably never get them, no matter what kind of medications they are or what insurance you have.

Scheduled a COVID-19 booster, and was refused by pharmacist Jeff based on her own personal opinion. She legitimately refused to give me the booster stating "I don't feel comfortable giving this to you, based on what I've read." Even though the CDC has signed off on this, she then went on to say " maybe you can come back tomorrow and get somebody else that would feel comfortable doing it, I'm just not going to do it. You can go somewhere else." Not only was this unprofessional, it was extremely unethical for her to based on medical decision based on her own personal opinion. It is not her place to do so . I will be contacting whoever I need to at the health department, or government level and I have reported this to corporate. This is extremely not OK

Miss Pharmacy Hass to have the worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. For one thing you can go on the CVS app and take a medication off your profile that you do not take it anymore yet they still fill it. Then my doctor sends out a new prescription and they sent me a text saying that they are going to contact my doctor for alternative medications so I called to find out what’s going on knowing my doctor and I had just talked about this I was told it was none of my concern by the pharmacist she went on to ask me if I went to medical school or any kind of schooling to do a pharmacist job. She told me that it was my healthcare team as in my pharmacist and my doctor to make decisions for me last I checked I’m the one taking the medication and if there’s a side effect or something I’m the one going to suffer so it is their job the doctor and the pharmacist to educate me on the side effects are risks involved

The pharmacy hours are horrible. On Mondays they are only open from 10am-2pm. They already have limited hours on the weekend. Many other CVS’s are open 24 hours. May need to find a new pharmacy.

I like this pharmacy. They are very professional and friendly. The prices on stuff could be better. The only thing I have an issue with is, you have a telephone at the drive thru that you have to use to talk to the inside staff, and it doesn’t get cleaned. This is Covid season. Take this out!!! It’s horrible

Great place for basic needs. Pharmacy personnel are so kind and helpful. There is one guy that is very sweet and extremely easy on the eyes.

This is a smaller CVS but does a better job of keeping their store stocked with product. The staff is very nice and helpful. Totally recommend getting a CVS card to take advantage of the sales and extra bucks. The normal prices are a little high but you get great bargains if you take the time to review their deals.

Customer Service Completely Void at Pharmacy. And that's not even the upsetting factor. My wife was told today that "they" (CVS) don't make mistakes, when she inquired why a 90-day prescription she was out of could not be refilled for another 35 days!?! Wife called Insurance Co. while there @ store and Insurance Rep got pharmacy tech to rectify problem ...... but not without basically "Scolding" my wife for even suggesting a mistake had been made! NOTE: The prescription my wife needed was just Thyroid Med. Not an Opioid, or a Narcotic that has to be monitored. Not Cool!!!
