I like Edmond Furniture Gallery because there is no pressure from a salesperson following me around incessantly. Vicki Johnson greeted me at the door, explained her availability to answer any questions, and pointed me in the right direction to look at recliners. She worked with me to hold the recliner I liked for a day until my husband could come to make the final decision. My interaction with her was very positive. No hassle, no pressure, and the sale was made. Mathis Bros. could learn a lot from EFG. Oh, and also—I purchased from a hometown business, and the sales tax goes into Edmond’s coffers. Win-Win!

Michael was a huge help today!! He helped me customize my sofa and 2 chairs. He was very patient with me and had me sit on several sofas to see what I liked best. He then helped me customize the perfect one.

Very unprofessional and rude service and everything we bough was made super cheap. Our furniture we bought needed to be replaced after less than a year. The store is also very ugly and the style is outdated. To reply: yes we have the right store. I don’t recall the name of the sales associate, but it was a middle Eastern gentleman. He commented on my husband clothing, talked down to us then suggested we find cheaper stores that fit us more such as Hobby Lobby. He also told us their target audience is not “people like us”. All this after we have bought stuff from you guys before and so did my in-laws, but we won’t be returning. You should definitely have a talk with him because attitude as such will drive any customer away.

We were very impressed with the personal in Edmond Furniture Gallery as well as the wonderful selection of furniture. She was friendly and helpful with questions we had. The delivery men were careful and helpful in arranging the furniture, and they were knowledgeable of the furniture. We will gladly shop with the Edmond Furniture Gallery again.

I visited the store today on my lunch break. Walking in an employee waved to me. I processed to walk throughout the living room area. No one approached me to ask if I needed any help. I walked passed a area and the lady sitting behind the desk did acknowledge me and asked if I had a nice holiday weekend. Still no one ask if I needed help or was there something specific I was looking for. I saw two chairs a table that I was very interested in. At that point I was highly irritated and decided to leave. I will spend my money elsewhere. As I was getting to the door one of the gentlemen that saw me enter started to get out of his seat. Really as I am going to the door. I don't think so. I do know why I wasn't approached and so do they! Such a ashamed that they want to be know for zero service. That is unless you are the right color and look the part. Not sure why I should seek out help when I am the customer. I worked in retail for 39 years. You need to re-evaluate your service level/customer experience and retrain your staff.

Honestly, I was dreading the task of furniture shopping for our new home. Since we like to shop local, EFG was our first stop and I’m so thankful it was! It was a no pressure, casual & very pleasant experience with Michael S. guiding us through the gallery. He was knowledgeable about every item we looked at and we actually completely changed our minds about what we thought we wanted. We’ll definitely be returning customers!

The easiest furniture purchase I've ever had. Vicki walked me around and found exactly what we were looking for. We purchased a really swell chair and it was delivered in less than an hour! (I don't know if this is normal though) Great experience, we'll be back!

Just purchased some furniture from Edmond Furniture Gallery. Our associate was named Chris S. and he was very hospitable and pleasant to deal with. Was able to answer all questions on the product and furniture manufacturer and shipping and delivery details. Been to "brothers and the others" and in many cases your questions get answered with blank stares or "let me go ask my manager" answers. So enjoyable to deal with a delightful and competent individual. Thank you!!
