After 3 experiences of being ignored by the employees in the past 2-3 weeks, we won’t be visiting this store again. On the evening of 1/20/22, both my wife and I were looking for shoes. There were 3 employees who chose to remain at the checkout station and just socialize with each other. We were the only 2 customers in the store. We were not greeted…we were not acknowledged…and not one employee made any effort to assist us.

My order was placed online. 8 hours later I get a notification that my order was canceled, wth! Clearly whomever is in charge of inventory has done a very poor job. I don't understand what happened, nobody called me, the email I received just said the order was canceled without any explanation. Not coo, not cool at all !!

Was in the store for 15 minutes and not one of the 4 people working as if i needed anything. Literally had a salesman asked 2 other people that were already being helped if they need anything and bypassed me

The assistant manager named Kyle is rude and disrespectful. I’ve called corporate regarding her behavior several times. Today while trying to purchase shoes Kyle let’s me know that they can be purchased online. I told her, why can’t I look in the store like everyone else is to purchase shoes. Plus shipping is $7 if purchased online. Kyle called security on me saying she felt uncomfortable and that I was bothering her. I did not even initiate a conversation with her. She was the one that came to me and asked me what she could help me with. She then started to tell me I could purchase online as if I am not a valued customer like everyone else.

The girl that was working was more worry about trying shoes on then trying to help me. When I ask her for my size it seem to bother her, she was rolling her eyes. No one else was in the store and they weren't busy. I know now why there's so many bad reviews and the store was empty. I felt so uncomfortable, that I left without buying shoes for my son, husband or my self.

This store is the absolutely the worse ever, I don't understand why nothing has been done. No one greets you or ask to help you. They just stand by the checkout counter and don't smile, just lifeless. I was told they don't give more than one size of shoe, cause people steal shoes. I am disgusted at the customer service at the store and finish line should be too. There should be some serious training going on at this location.

I’m not typically one of those people to complain or leave bad reviews, but my experience at this store was horrendous, just like all of the other reviewers have stated. All of the workers, including the manager, were incredibly rude. They had a bad tone of voice, were unhelpful, and acted as if answering questions was a problem. I have never been in a store where every employee seemed to be angry and unpleasant.

I was just inside the store to buy a pair of shoes on sale. The white Adidas Tubulars. I asked a man helping another customer for help when he got done, he looked at me and then walked away after helping her. So I stood in line to ask another associate. All I needed was the right shoe to go with the left shoe before buying. (The sale shoes only had the left shoe inside). After waiting in line and asked her she said “let me help this other lady” and so I waited 6mins sitting down as she continued helping other customers. I was shocked at how I was getting neglected when I was clearly going to purchase the shoes. So we left and after taking a few minutes to think clearly, I went back inside to get the girl cashiers name and it wasn’t visible. I couldn’t find the male associate to get his name either. I never write reviews, but I want others to know what kind of neglectful service they will get at this finish line inside sooner mall. Shame.
