Ordered something on 11/9 got a shipment notification on 11/17 item was in transit for 13 days...called twice and got told the same thing each time that there was nothing they could do..I had to wait for it to arrive before I could get my money back. Called corporate and THE STORE HAD IT THE WHOLE TIME. They were rude and not helpful and I’ll never shop here again.

Want a great deal on baby clothes or kids clothing?? Come to Carters. Its so well worth it!!!! I just bought a TON of new baby clothes and only spent $40 here.

I’d leave zero stars if I could. After browsing the messy store to find some essentials for my child I stood at the register for 10 minutes without getting waited on. There were 2 other people behind me wanting to check out also. Not a worker in sight. Highly disappointed
