This place is extremely rude and insulting to customers. They treat you like you're less of a person than them. Also they will make up lies about legality so they don't have to do their jobs. I would bank with them and if you do go to another branch.

Worst customer experience I've ever had...would give less stars if I could.. they say they cant release a title for a vehicle for 8 days 'per Michigan law' and will not offer any solutions or help.. save yourself alot of hastle and bank with someone else
