This is by far the worst Dollar General I have ever been in. For perspective, I have been in Dollar General stores in probably 30 different states give or take. For starters, I'm pretty certain their was more inventory on carts or in totes than on the actual shelves. Once you manage to navigate the inventory which is all over the floors of all the aisles, you head up front to be met by a long line. At first I just scratched my head as there were 3 employees behind the front counter and 2 registers yet they were only utilizing 1 register. After waiting in line a few minutes I saw the hand written note hanging on the 2nd register stating that it was out of order... This is too bad as the store is right around the corner from my home.

looking better than it has in awhile. Need to turn on the A.C. The store was uncomfortable due to the heat and I was so happy to get home and in the house for the A.C. at home Lack of the A.C. shortened the shopping time for me.

Drove to this location twice in the last month and both times the doors were locked during normal business hours. I'm not sure what is going on here but I will not return.

The store is horrible. Consistently looks like it's been ransacked, it's dirty and they're understaffed. However, their new employee, Coby (Colby?) G., is an outstanding young man and should be promoted to manager immediately. COBY IF YOU SEE THIS YOU THE GOAT! CALL ME FOR AN INTERNSHIP!

The store was well stocked and very clean all my items were very easy to find. There was a male cashier was very rude he was not greeting the customers at the regegister. I told him thank you very much and he said nothing, also he looked very un kept his appearance was very poor for him to be dealing with customers, it seems he was in a hurry to get off work as if we were a inconvenience to him.

Love this little store! It's the closest store to my house and even at 8:55pm when they're trying to close up and clean up because we ALL know that the Dollar General is a total WREAK at closing time because none of us care enough to put stuff that we don't want back, the staff still greeted me with a smile and was extremely nice when I went running up to the counter at 8:59 because I kept asking where I could find things! They are great!! And I'd bet a DOLLAR that they all need a raise!!

The store has a wide selection of items to choose from, including clothes, toys, food, etc. Unfortunately, the store is very cluttered and overcrowded. This makes it difficult to shop comfortably. A little less clutter would improve the overall shopping experience. Overall, the selection of items is great and the employee that I dealt with was polite and attentive.

Always cluttered and disorganized, but that's because HQ doesn't consider the amount of square feet in their buildings before sending new stock. This isn't the only store with this problem. An episode of "Undercover Boss" might do this company some good. We only use it for necessities like ice or milk because it is so convenient. We've visited other stores in other towns while visiting family. We like Dollar General, we just wish their stores were more organized, and cleaner.

I went to get 4 gain 40floz detergents($18) and a 105 CT dryer sheet box($4.50) for what should have been $11.44 after tax. I left paying $17.44 because they rang my coupons up in the wrong order. I had one dollar general coupon for "spend $20 on gain products and get $5 off", one manufacturer coupon for "buy 3 or more gain liquid detergents 40floz or higher get $3 off", one manufacturer coupon for "buy one gain fabric softer or 105ct dryer sheets get $2 off", and one manufacturer coupon for "buy one gain liquid detergent 40floz or higher get $2 off". The dollar general coupon should have been scanned first and then the manufacturer coupons. They scanned the manufacturer coupons first which then brought my total to under $20 so the coupon could not be scanned in. At that point when they tell me I can't use it there's a line behind me. I ask if they could delete the transaction scan everyone else through then get mime scanned in correctly so I'm not spending more than I intended. They tell me that the manufacturer coupons wouldn't be able to be scanned again because they have been used. I leave paying the $17.44 unhappy and frustrated so I thought I'd leave this review to help others in the future when shopping here.
