I just feel like they're a bit overpriced and the girl that usually checks me out for some reason is often rude to me it's like she's mad because I buy so much Otherwise she dislikes me for no reason! I changed my review because a manager there was very helpful and actually marked down a rug for me Well I was hesitating on purchasing a big family rug! One of the workers helped me out with my stuff which was also great and I think she was Wasn’t even on the clock

I had stopped going to this store for quite some time. Recently, I’ve gone back due to one sole employee. All I know is his name is Blake. He may be one of the managers. If not, he should be. His kindness and professionalism ARE OUTSTANDING! I tried donating things from my mothers estate sale, years ago, and was treated so rudely. I thought I’d give the place another try as I live not too far from this location. Blake went above and beyond to help. He assisted the other gentleman trying to take my donations. He treated that employee with the upmost respect. That caught my eye first. Then the kindness he took in handling my late husbands things, made my heart quite happy. A huge thank you to Blake. You’ve changed this lady’s heart towards goodwill industries! Upper management, take notes of this incredible young man!!

Being a 60 year old disabled man sometimes it's not easy learning lessons the hard way. May 9, 2021 was the 1st time I bought clothes from any Goodwill. I tried 5 items of clothing on and everything fit perfectly. Assuming 100% accuracy on the first 5 items was my first mistake. I selected another 12 items assuming they were all tagged correctly. The total cost of the 17 items was $125.71. Not bad considering I had 2 suits, 3 jeans, 5 dress shirts, 6 polo shirts, and a pair of slacks. I was happy with my choices and went home to try the other items on. Sadly, 5 items didn't fit. So the next day I tried taking the 5 items back only to find out they don't allow returns, exchanges or refunds. There wasn't anything posted on the walls, registers, or countertops. I got upset and left. I asked some of my friends and family to see if they knew of the policy. Of course, they did. I did some research online and found several examples of other Goodwill locations offering a store credit on returns. So with conflicting opinions I called the corporate office. Starting Monday May 10th I would call almost every day asking to speak with someone. 14 days later I finally talked with Diane. She was very polite and understanding and happily agreed to allow me to exchange the clothes. When I suggested that there should be some kind of public notice informing customers of the no return policy she pointed out it's on the receipt. See photo.

Clean and well organized just very shocking how much their prices have gone up!! The days of t-shirts under a dollar are over! Some clothing is better off purchased new and get my fix at locally owned thrift stores that I know help the homeless and my community. Their tag sale is over two days after the color changes bc I found very few as in 3 of the half off and the 3 tags were the worst on the rack. They're sure proud of the donated furniture again for a few bucks more can get brand new at a Walmart, Big Lots, Target, even Mathis Brothers. Goodwill does help the disabled I think but what they do idk.

almost didn’t find store as the light are off at 733pm. Definitely should let employees know it is not acceptable to turn light off to TRICK CUSTOMERS INTO THINKING THEY ARE CLOSED! Not going to this store again I’ll go where they want business.

This location always has a good selection of clothes, books, decorations, and appliances, as well as a generally friendly staff. If you're on the Northwest side of town and you have a few minutes to browse, it's always worth a look. Just like with stores, of course, it can sometimes be hard to find the most common size combinations for pants, particularly for men. However I rarely go in looking for a few things without finding at least one that I needed.

Absolutely some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced! I had boxes of stuff and a very large, heavy armoire and they were more than willing to help unload. I had a scratched up couch that I didn’t know if they could use, but I had to get it off my hands and they were so friendly and took it. I couldn’t be happier with my experience.
