Like everyone else on here in the reviews I'm having a problem with my packages being delivered I left them a note telling them specifically to leave it at my front door they said that was approved. Can I check the tracking said it was going to be here yesterday haven't been able to talk to a human being just totally frustrating. USPS Midwest City is a joke overpaid under work down with the post office in Midwest City

EXTREMELY DISPLEASED WITH CARRIERS. I LIVE IN A COMPLEX AND THEY ONLY ATTEMPT DELIVERY TO THE MAILBOXES AND I WORK FROM HOME SO IM HOME ALL DAY. THEY NEVER COME AROUND TO THE UNITS AND I HAVE NO TIME TO RUN IN TO PICK ORDERS UP BETWEEN SCHOOL AND WORK HOURS ON TOP OF MOM LIFE! EVEN BOXES THAY CAN GO INTO THE BIGGER MAILBOXES THEY WONT LEAVE EITHER WITH THE KEY TO THE SPECIFIC MAILBOX.

Having issues with Mailman who delivers the mail which for some reason is putting double junk mail advertising mail in my mailbox every day and even after I brought it to the attention of post office they still continue to do it. Try to contact postal service and police to make a more affective report

Off and on for the last 2 weeks I have received messages saying an important piece of mail was attempted to be delivered but required a signature and nobody was home. Oddly enough, each day that I received that message, I was home ALL DAY, with BOTH vehicles in my driveway, and didn't have a knock at my door or have anyone ring the doorbell. Believe me, my dog would bark like a lunatic if anyone knocked or rang, so I would know! Now, if I want it redelivered I have to pay $3.30 fee?? Um, no. Your delivery person gets paid plenty to deliver my stuff. If they can't knock on a freaking door then maybe they need re-trained. Good thing I have informed delivery, or else I would have never known considering they didn't bother to leave a note stating I have something to pick up.

Our driver never wants to deliver the mail or all of it. I had an important package coming today 01/08/2022 and instead of him getting out of his truck to deliver it he leaves a note for me to go pick it up. This is a constant problem with packages/mail. The post office managers do not care, I have spoken to all of them. We have lived here for 3 years I have also spoken to the post master and nothing.

The Midwest city United States post office is catty corner to Joe Barnes Park. There are post office boxes to rent, free mailing supplies, a large parking lot, a drive-through dropbox mail, and even though there’s usually a little line it goes quickly. I have picked up mail several times from this location and never had any issues. The workers are professional.

Because no star is an option.. This 1 star is for the older black lady (didn't get her name) who had nothing but attitude to offer in the post office today (3-8-21)!! I get it that your lines were long during rush hour, but everyone else there handled it with grace and dignity.. Except you!! Have a better day ma'am! With that being said other than her.. I never had a problem from anyone else any time i go there!!

Carrier service so bad you wonder if these carriers are just lazy or deliberately malicious. One star is way too generous. Dec. 31 I put my tax payment in the mailbox at 7 a.m. Raised the little red flag so postal person would know there was outgoing mail. Postal person leaves mail, does not pick up the envelope addressed to Oklahoma Tax Commission. Leaves that in box so I will have to pay a penalty . In addition, misdelivered mail is almost a daily occurrence. Once I attempted to talk to the supervisor because the carriers were leaving the mailbox door open. Supervisor’s response? He threatened to tear out my mailbox. There are no words to express the depth of disgust I feel for this post office. I happily drive an extra 12 miles to avoid it.

Very helpful and friendly in assisting me with stamps to send mail to the UK. A pleasant greeting and the usual 'Have a good day' as I left. Much better service than in the UK Post Office where they are usually miserable and rude.
