I drove my fully functional Toyota Rav4 into their shop for replacement of a grill, fender shroud and radiator. They had it for almost a month and delay after delay saying the insurance was the problem. It was a lie. Then it was parts issue, they nickel and dime the vehicle to the point it was Totaled. I asked for my car and they said it was disassembled and not drivable. After much discussion with the insurance company it was released, disassembled and had it towed to another repair shop. Guess what? 4 days later I have my car running and repaired. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau for less than favorable to the lowest rating possible. They should have fixed the repairs been open, honest and up front with me that they wanted all the money and storage fees they could milk out of my insurance company.and me. Shameful business dealings. Service: Body & Trim

Used Steve’s Body Shop to have my car fixed from hitting a deer. Customer Service was great. They kept me informed on what was going on with my car. Had my car fixed within 10 days and it looks good as new. Definitely recommend them. Services: Painting, Body & Trim

First off when they came to pick up my car there was no phone call I was not even with the car. Then they kept my car for two months because they had to keep ordering parts. There was minimal damage so it should not have taken this long. They never called to let us know what was going on we had to call them just about every time we needed an update. They then told me my car would be ready on Saturday to pick up. Saturday came and we again heard nothing so we called they said they did not get the car to get aligned before their shop they used closed. Finally I went to pick it up Monday. As I was driving home I notice the blinker was fast and realized that the blinkers were not working (this was not an issue when I brought it in). Had to take it back to the shop where they told me I had a bad combination switch and would have to pay for a new one. Next day came and they said it was fixed and didn’t need a new combination switch. I left with my car. Overall The paint job is a little rough but other than that my car works fine. This shop is in the business of ripping off insurance companies. I got an $8008 estimate on a 2001 4 runner that came in two different colors as it was! There was no frame damage, just a fender and a hood and some inside parts. They refused to give me the bill for the two fee that they charged, said it HAD to go to the insurance company even though my agent said to pay the tow and they would reimburse. I NEVER received a bill from Steve's I had to get it through my insurance company Their tow fee was LITERALLY RIDICULOUS $400 for a 26 mile pick up. Their customer service is awful and Melissa is rude!

I took my vehicle in for an estimate to repair. It has now been 2 weeks and they are just now ordering parts. They attempted to blame the insurance company but I have been in communication with the insurance company daily and the insurance company has been diligent in getting the supplemental claim completed. Now Steve’s is telling me it will be another 3 weeks.

They do excellent work. Myself, my daughter, husband, & father all have had work done at Steve's Body Shop! We have never been disappointed with the work that's been done. Friendly, timely, & reasonably priced. Remember when it comes to your vehicle, you get what you pay for!!

I want to give a shout out to Steve's Auto Body shop here in Shawnee ok. I had work done on my car and it was Awesome!!! The car came back looking absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! Thank you to the Technicians who repaired my car, and Thank you to the front office employees for making my visit a wonderful experience. I want to Especially Thank Victoria for her excellent customer service. She is a True Gem. Such Special person. I recommend this Establishment Whole heartedly. God Bless you ALL.
