Best auto body shop in Shawnee, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

I drove my fully functional Toyota Rav4 into their shop for replacement of a grill, fender shroud and radiator. They had it for almost a month and delay after delay saying the insurance was the problem. It was a lie. Then it was parts issue, they nickel and dime the vehicle to the point it was Totaled. I asked for my car and they said it was disassembled and not drivable. After much discussion with the insurance company it was released, disassembled and had it towed to another repair shop. Guess what? 4 days later I have my car running and repaired. They will be reported to the Better Business Bureau for less than favorable to the lowest rating possible. They should have fixed the repairs been open, honest and up front with me that they wanted all the money and storage fees they could milk out of my insurance company.and me. Downtown Auto Body was the best experience I have ever had with a body shop. They were very nice, kept me up to date on the repairs and did a wonderful job on my car. They didn't try to screw me on the cost either. I hope I won't need a body shop anytime soon but if do I will definitely use them again. Services: Painting, Body & Trim ~John

It is taking over 2 months just to get car in to be looked at. Staff was very friendly and helpful over the phone! Edit: Once we dropped off our car with Gerber Collision, everything went smooth! They fixed our car in a timely manner and were very polite and professional! ~Garrett
