Good place friendly and reasonable prices for different size unit's to rent, the units are clean and expect the Same when you no longer need there units make sure you clean it.

Went in and requested a vehicle for use. After Taking Quite A Bit Of Time, They said nothing was available and to go somewhere else, while they had a full lot of different sizes for use. Then because we still were in a need for a vehicle we went to another one in Shawnee. This Lady at another U-Haul place, searched for us and then told us just about everything they had was available. So this Lady also got us taken care of and we paid back at this store when we picked up the reservation. And we were astonished that they lied to us. I'd have to say they were frustrating. And Seemed At This Point to Either Have Had Poor customer Service Skills Or Could Care Less To Do There Job's. On top of that I got the vehicle with less fuel then they put on the paperwork which was way wrong. I have kept the pictures. I Had to fill up immediately as it wouldn't got farther then that with gas light on out of the gate. I returned it less miles used then what they said we had on the paperwork. And also returned it with the gas level at where they wanted it. To avoid additional charges and miles under what they said we get. We put more money in. We then later received an additional charge. There was no smoking in the vehicle and it was clean on return. I Probably won't use them again, but you never know your experience could be different 👍

I am so heart sick!!! I rented a 10 foot truck and car trailer to move my deceased family members personal items from Shawnee, OK to Washington state. This facility sent me off with a 10 foot truck that the air conditioner wasn't working properly in 105 heat index and it eventually broke completely. When I got to Wyoming and began the mountain passes I discovered that the front brakes where shot on this unit. The woman at this facility was very rude and disrespectful to all customers while I tried to obtain my unit. I have been a valued customer with U-Haul since 2010 and now I feel that I can't trust using this business for my moving needs ever again.

After more than 20 days renting a Uhaul, I was expecting the worst. Told the sales person the things that had gone on during the 20 days, just for conversation, while doing so, she was figuring ways to cut my costs! Awesomeness! Shawnee/Holdenville.

Make sure if you go with U-Haul storage that you get someone who knows what they're talking about. I was told one thing by one employee then was overcharged the next month and when I talked to Diana about it she said something about prepaying months which wasn't stated in the email I had originally asked the question about. When I asked for someone higher up than her all she said was "Well I can give you my bosses number but he's just gonna tell you to deal with it" which in my opinion is pretty rude considering it's not my fault another employee told me the wrong info. Usually in customer service they honor the customer especially when it's their fault they don't train or explain things to their employees properly.

This place has a good variety of services to meet your moving and storing needs. They have reasonable prices too. They have regular storage units indoors and also some climate controlled ones. They were very helpful when we were first setting up and needed a different unit than we thought. Just make sure you get there during office hours 😅
