Best van rental agency in Shawnee, Oklahoma (OK) 2024

I am so heart sick!!! I rented a 10 foot truck and car trailer to move my deceased family members personal items from Shawnee, OK to Washington state. This facility sent me off with a 10 foot truck that the air conditioner wasn't working properly in 105 heat index and it eventually broke completely. When I got to Wyoming and began the mountain passes I discovered that the front brakes where shot on this unit. The woman at this facility was very rude and disrespectful to all customers while I tried to obtain my unit. I have been a valued customer with U-Haul since 2010 and now I feel that I can't trust using this business for my moving needs ever again. ~Deborah

The Ken Del location has the best manager for efficiency, well I can't say enough about her that makes moving a whole lot less stressful. She is very knowledgeable about the equipment and no errors or problems. I will specifically go to this location because I can depend on her! ~Tawanna
