Wasn't happy with anything they did. A/C still isn't working and charged $655 and now have to buy a battery and ignition control modular after we got it home. Wouldn't recommend this place at all. Charged more for labor and only had worked on it a day took 3 days to get the part.

We took my husbands Bronco in to have the transmission looked at. They had it for weeks and claimed nothing was wrong with it, After fixing a few minor things and us paying $1600 the truck still wasn't running correct. We brought it back in about a month later and still the truck never ran correctly. I was given the run around by Latosha and given one excuse after another as to why it wasn't running or why it was taking so long and it was one excuse after another. After dealing with them for months we finally cut our losses and went elsewhere. The most unprofessional place I have ever encountered. Called for a 08 Toyota belt replacement and they made sure to get a thorough fair price, even made sure to let me know if there is a possible leak from in the camshaft how much it would be so I don't get surprised about the cost when I get there to get me taken care of, they didn't rush me for a quick sale either.👍 Just got my Toyota back from the shop with inspection list and I have to say I will trust this shop for any other repairs or maintenance needs in the future, good job guys.

I considered bringing my vehicle in because it has some issues that I need fixed. A friend of mine ended up taking his truck in because of a transfer case issue. It took them about 2 weeks to even touch the truck, when they finally did, they never contacted him about what the issue really was. He had to call them himself, multiple times! Before he even brought it in he told them he has 2 grand to spend, and they said “okay yea of course, it won’t go over 1850” then about a week later they ended up sending his transfer case to the city, without even calling and asking or nothing, a few days later when he called for an update they said “well yea we sent it to the city to be rebuilt, it’s gonna raise the price to about 2600-2700 bucks” almost an entire grand and they didn’t even tell him any of this. Then he decided he wanted to just pull the truck out and he would do it himself, considering he would get it done much quicker. And cheaper. When they did finally pull his truck out, they put it in the parking lot with the WINDOWS DOWN AND TRUCK UNLOCKED in the sketchiest part of shawnee. Said the window wouldn’t roll up.but decided not to even call him and let him know. Would not recommend this buisness, as they are very poor in communication skills, and careless with your vehicle.

Left my car that was stuck in 2nd gear limp mode due to electrical issues in my 97 dodge intrepid....older car but now shifts like brand new!!..These people know there stuff and they didn't try selling me stuff I don't need...I would recommend them to anyone!!! ...THANKS GUYS!!

The guys at Williams Transmission & AC took great care of my girlfriends car and were sure to communicate with me through the entire process. It ended up being a simple fix and that's all there was to it. They didn't try to upsell me, or fix anything that didn't need fixing. This place is ran by honest, hard working, good mechanics who charge fair prices for quality work. A week after picking up her car they sent me a text to make sure everything was still running right. I will be taking all of my automotive problems to these guys and would recommend anyone else to do the same. Top notch service. Service: Engine repair

While I am satisfied with the service provided, but disappointed that they broke my oil dipstick. They acted like it was no big deal and I could easily go down to AutoZone and get a replacement. I was surprised that they didn't offer to replace it themselves since they did break it. But I let it go and thought it was a flaw in their character. Well I am still trying to find a dipstick that initially would have been easier for them to locate. So thanks for that! Services: Oil change, General repairs & maintenance

Took my 97 Ford Ranger in for AC service and it now it's working perfectly. Then I took it in for shocks and it rides like new. Best service we have had. Also great job on my 89 Vette. Runs just like new again.

I was having an A/C issue and called them at 8am to see about getting an appointment. They told me to come on in and they would check it out. I got checked in and went to the waiting room. They got my car in shortly and started looking at it. They were able to pinpoint a couple of issues pretty fast. They kept me informed of the progress the whole time. They got my A/C ice cold! I was very impressed with my whole experience! I have found a new shop to take my vehicles for repairs! Thank you Williams for your outstanding customer service! You made me feel that you cared.
