My Jeep liberty broke down near here on my way to California from Florida, so I had AAA tow it here. They were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, my Jeep ended up needing a motor. So I'm trying to figure out how to get the money to get it fixed, or at least towed to California. But Rain's is a good place for auto repair

This shop cannot repair anything! I first brought my truck to this place to have my starter, fuel pump, and AC fixed. They had to send a wrecker to come and pick it up because zip ties were used and because the job wasn’t done correctly. And the AC wasn’t fixed either but I didn’t know because it was cold out still. When I told them it wasn’t fixed I was cussed out and hung up on! I hope no one has to go through what I have so please don’t take your vehicle to this place! They are awful!

They did several repairs on my vehicle and none of them was done right. I had a manifold stud broke witch they repaired but it still leaks. They put a starter and fuel pump and worked on A C on my mother’s truck the fuel line’s blew off of fuel pump because they used zip ties to hold lines on. The air conditioner never worked and when she went to complain about it they called the police on a 80 year old lady I would not take a bicycle to this shop they charged us over 3000 dollars and kept vehicle over 5 weeks Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Auto A/C replacement

Do not take your vehicle to this shop! They are scam artists who take advantage of elderly women! They charged 940 dollars to fix my AC and it wasn’t fixed! They refused to make it right. Never again will I do business with a place who treats their customers this way!

So the mechanic I talked to on the phone seemed very helpful and said bring car in next Thursday and I’ll take a look at it. When I dropped it off the lady said it may be 3 weeks because they are backed up. After 2 weeks I called and they hadn’t looked at it. After 3 weeks I talked to mechanic again and he apologized and said it would be the next in. After 4 weeks I called to see if he had gotten it in and the lady I spoke with said no and you can come pick your car up! This business lied to me and kept my car for a month and did nothing to it. I picked it up and took it to a more reputable shop in Tecumseh. I do not recommend that anyone waste their time like it did with this business.

Tim at Rains is awesome. My daughter is traveling cross country for a new job. She had HVAC issues in OKC. We chose Rains because of good reviews and lucky we did. He was nice and professional. Fixed her car in a flash for a fair price and had her back on the road. I'm grateful there are still people like Tim out there doing good work. Service: A/C installation & repair
