I've had 2 transmissions replaced by Duvall on two separate vehicles (2001 Toyota Tacoma and 1995 Camry) as well as a clutch replaced on a third vehicle (1997 F350) and they do an amazing job. Also, they honor their warranty. I had about 35k miles and 2.5 years of a 100k/3yr on the Camry and it started having issues. They repaired it immediately Under the warranty. Good people. Ok I guess. Couldn't make appointment. Dropped off early that morning, it took all day & I picked it up at closing. But they didn't have 30 seconds to discuss the problem found. Could have been a lot more friendlier. Guess they don't have to be with all the business they have

I would give them 5 stars, but the manager argued with me for checking in on my vehicle for 3 days. I feel like I have a right to check in, but upon receiving the vehicle I was approached in a more professional manner. Really happy with the transmission rebuild on my 4r100 out of a 99 F-350 7.3 diesel, and it is running great. Overall, im happy with the service and would gladly return if needed, but some may just say I'm being a little salty, so I'm going to stick with 3 stars for arguing about my concerns. The work was done in a good time frame, and I don't doubt his expertise being able to finish my rebuild a day earlier then stated, I assume 2 work days in total for $2,600 which to my understanding is pretty average for my vehicle.

I wanted to take the time to explain how DuVall's Transmission went above and beyond to make my experience positive. This is a fair and honest group to work with. My family was down in Oklahoma (we are from KC) when our transmission on our Dodge Grand Caravan (60TE) transmission shed the torque converter. We had it towed to DuVall's on the weekend based on online reviews I read. Early the next week they assessed what we already knew, that the transmission would need to be replaced. They offered both a factory rebuilt unit and a unit from a remanufacturing house. We choose the latter which came with a 3-year, 100,000 mile warranty. Fast forward 10 months and 15,000 miles - the new transmission shed reverse and needed to be replaced. I get it, it happens. I messaged DuValls' on Facebook since it happened on Saturday. I worried all weekend how I was going to get the Van 300+ miles down to DuVall's so they could honor the warranty. They call me at 8:00 AM Monday morning - they had filed a claim with the transmission remanufacturing house, called and found for me a local shop that would perform the warranty work. DuVall's had arranged everything when they could have just put it on me to bring it down. The replacement was covered. DuVall's went above and beyond, offered fair and complete service and took care of their customers, even those 300+ miles away. I would highly recommend them.

The crew at Duvall's Transmission is very polite, easy to talk to, and they help to educate you on what the issue or issues are with your vehicle and what it will take to get your vehicle in shape. I do recommend them if you are going through Tahlequah and your car transmission decides on misbehaving. They really are great.
