They ALWAYS say "they're swamped, AND BY THEMSELVES. Why is this pharmacy employing 1 pharmacist with 0 techs? My wife's necessary meds called in yesterday afternoon. Should've been ready, but now I'm waiting. The pharmacist was super nice,but what's the point of waiting 36 hours, and it not being ready still?

Not very good customer service. Have had to wait for a long time every single time I go to the counter because they have no idea I’m standing there or they are on the phone for 15 minutes talking with friends about personal things that have nothing to do with their job. Also when I called and spoke with them on the phone, they are rude and condescending. I said, “Ok, thank you. Have a good day.” And the response I got was, “Uh huhhhh....” Wow.
