Bad experience this family Dollar need a new management. They are so rude and racist I show my passport that is a legal ID. But they refused to sell me just a cigarette packet. The lady said need to be a “USA ID” to sold me that. I’m going to report this store. Thank you

I absolutely hate this family dollar. I’m only taking time to write this because it needs to be said….the manager at this location is so very very mean. You can feel the bad energy from her the moment you walk in. She’s snobby and rude and short. I’ve been inside this location 7 times and each time she is the same way. I guess family dollar doesn’t have a lot of options when it comes to employees

Today they were very racist with me, I tried to buy a beer and I showed them my date of birth, but they wanted me to check my immigration status, that has nothing to do with being old enough to buy a beer, they are racists, I will never buy in this shop

Today I came to coupon and I messed up on what I had grabbed. The kind manager went and got me what I needed. She was so helpful and kind. I love the customer service here. I wish I had asked her for her name!

They have good customer service but they want you to download the app to get any deals, but when the machine doesn’t clip anything and process the transaction for the coupon they want you to return when the manager comes on another day to save $3. I typically don’t shop here, so coming out of my way is just funny. They’re definitely a joke for that. If you want to save money using their app better make sure the manager is on-site first. Because she will not walk them through on what to do if she even does anything to correct it.

I really tend to enjoy Family Dollar stores and this one is also really good. The only negative I have is that the store is often times very cluttered and disorganized. I’ve purchased a handful of grocery items that have turned out to be expired, but more times than not that doesn’t happen. The aisles are generally pretty stocked. The only other downside is the staffs lack of knowledge when it comes to the mobile app and the digital coupons. It would be really helpful if the store was to include some education to all new employees about the mobile app and the digital coupons they provide. All in all, I will continue ur to stop in at this store when I am in town.

Love the store.Very kind staff. Need to explain mobile apps to them I had to tell cashier why I'd get $5 off still can't get it. Been to every family $ each can't help they all send me away. Also 11th & Garnett refused to let me return, exchange or rec'd store credit is also fxxxpfor other item

Customer service was no help. Milk ads were confusing, mispriced and EXPIRED AND I STILL PAID OVER $4.00 FOR A GALLON MARKED $3.20 I asked about a Cherry Blossom Product y'all sell and the attendant didnt know what it was, where it was, nor had any concern in helping me find it. Wow family dollar y'all took a loyt of steps DOWN to do the hiring at this store.
