The owner is very very rude. She lies about her goods yet tries to invite one to church - what an exceptional example of how a Christian should do business. Expired products galore and spoilt fish. I once went to grab some bread and it was expired (about 2wks if I remember correctly) and I brought it to her attention. Instead of being apologetic, she told me “it’s bread, the date doesn’t matter”. Hmmm, I wonder if it’d matter to the health department.

I love this place! Great prices and great services! I often drive over two hours just to come stock up on all the goodies she sells.

Customer service is horrible . I would rather travel to NY or back to the Caribbean to get what I need.

The seller/owner needs to be nicer to people. She is actually better now. She used to be very rude until she had competition. Her competitors are the opposite of her and their business is booming. She acts like she is mad when u ask her a question or ask to buy something she doesn’t sell. A few years ago, she yelled at my friend’s kids cuz they were playing in the store and actually asked why she couldn’t keep them in the car, smh. But like I said she hardly smiles. Even though we don’t go there to make friends or be chatty, a smile still goes a long way. Overall, great selection of assorted African food items. She is also getting better about taking customers’ complaints into advisement. This feels warmer than angrily telling a customer that “that’s what the supplier brought this time “

This is a fantastic store for all your African and Carribean food essentials. I’ve made several trips to this store over the past month, and can say that the items I bought were of the best quality.

This woman needs to learn how to listen and not assume that people don't know anything. Close the mouth and listen to ones needs before you judge and assume that you know anything. I will never support this business again because of the condescending attitude.

The customer service is horrible. I called to ask for a price she almost insulted me telling me that I should come there to have the price. After I told here I would like to know the price to make sure I have enough money she said that I should have a credit or debit card. She is so disrespectful and then hang out the phone. Well hope you are going to stay in this business with such a bad attitude and horrible customer service.

Went there for the first time last night. Very interesting store, even better, the owner Kiki. I will be going back to try different things.
