Quick friendly service at a fair price. They do try to upsell you , checking air and cabin filters etc. I can't comment on filter prices as I declined. If you need an oil change and are in the area I would not hesitate to give them a try. At time of writing you remained in your car while the work ( oil change) is being done.

Brought my Lexus rx for a synthetic oil change and in the process the associate changed my engine air filter as well. He Damaged the cap by applying too much pressure as he tried to screw it back in. My friend and I just listening in the car as the managing associate wrote that the issue was present before hand to cover for his associate. This is the type of mechanics to stay away from. Please be cautious if you have a newer car or a luxury vehicle as attention to detail is not evident. Mentioned he would top off the fluid washer and that was not done as well. I’m not asking for much but competitors offer better for cheaper. Services: Oil change, Air & cabin filter replacement

I would not recommend this place. Terrible customer service, don't ask questions unless you want to feel dumb. Oil change was standard, but couldn't get over how rudeness. Got answers like "didn't you read the sign back there or the terms on the website promo only full synthetic?" or when being walked through to reset the oil notification in the car settings... "No, No.. That is not the button I told you to press, go back!" I was taken back how rude this person was - too bad! so close to my house, but rather go further next time! Service: Oil change

31 minute oil change. 18 mins of service (from start to pay) then 13 mins of 5 employees chatting and laughing. I asked twice what was happening and it seemed to only annoy the employees standing around. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Service: Oil change

Needed a quick oil change but every shop in town was an hour and a half wait! Stopped by at Jiffy Lube because they weren't busy at all and had immediate availability. (Litterally just sitting there bored washing there personal vehicles) When I popped my trunk and gave them my oil they said they do not use “outside product”. We’re not a “rent-a-shop” No wonder why you guys have no customers. Anywhere else will gladly use outside product and charge roughly $40 for it. Thank god for gales shop on Lundys Lane or Take 5 oil change, they may have a wait time but you’ll get good service Suggestion if you guys want to be busy like everywhere else in town, offer what everyone else offers.

This is where I go for all of my oil changes. They have an online coupon that saves you eight dollars on an oil change and I use that every few months. I’m never here for longer than 15 minutes and I have never had to wait. It’s always the same staff and they are very friendly and helpful.
