I watched the workers up at the cashier harass these to young teens about stealing thing (which they did not) and told them to let then check there bags because they apparently watched them steal? These young teens were with little kids too and they are just trying tk get home

I've been going to this location for 10 years now. I used to find the service fantastic. The staff used to be helpful and kind. However in the last year or so things have gone downhill. The staff is incredibly argumentative and rude. Most of the employees (not all) are abrupt and so unhelpful. I do understand that some questions cannot be answered or situations resolved. BUT there's no effort at all ! I leave this location feeling horrible. Today was the last straw... I really do understand that some situations are not within certain employee's control. As a general rule, I don't argue with customers at my job... I've spoken to others that visit this location and they feel the same. I just wish the employees would take better care of their customers and STOP arguing with them... & have a little decency. If an employee is unable to answer question pertaining to 711 .. that's fine. HOWEVER find someone who can & please stop acting like your customers are bothering you.

Update: Wow, what a reply to my review regarding the sub standard business at this location. 🤦♂️ This store has gone downhill considerably. I use to come here all the time. The ladies working were all really nice and welcoming. Now its all foreigners working and running the store. The lot is dirty, the inside is filthy, customers not wearing masks and not being enforced by staff. This place is ghetto now. I highly doubt ill be back again!

i have been a customer there for a very long time, the day staff are really friendly and nice. recently i have been going there at night only to find that the staff at those hours are very rude and like to mock their customers.

Something for everyone here. Good location to gas up and find your food fuel. Try the baked goods. Reasonably prices, fresh, to die for. Don't forget the super big gulp!

Recently moved into the area. Never really been inside a 711. Now... they have my business for gas, coffee, convenience food, etc. The employees are wonderful. They're a big reason I return. 711 all the way, everyday!

Went in to buy ciggaretttes after work which I do almost every day and they would not accept my health card as ID. They've accepted the card 100 times before in this store and everywhere else convenient stores, LCBO, Casino, Bars etc... Not happy with the staff there. 1 star for the Slurpee's.
