Very expensive. The prices are very high in my opinion. The staff are nice. Not the cleanest store.

Lots of snack options for on the go and hot food items for a decently quick bite to eat. Taquitos have gotten rather expensive over the years, but they still have some pretty good hot dogs. I miss getting the jalapeno cream cheese taquitos, just not worth the price anymore. Service can get a little slow during peak times, but overall not bad.

Came to the store may 29th to grab milk and a hotdog. The condiment bins were empty other than pickled peppers and dry onions. I was really craving saurcraut but was very disappointed. there was only a crusty empty bottle of mustard , you have to use the packets for ketchup. Not sure why they weren't able to replenish the toppings because there were 4 workers in the store.

Went there today, Dec. 28 2021 at roughly 230 am to get some of the hot food items- either pizza, taquitos, chicken strips. Whatever would be available at that hour. There wasn't a single thing available other than 3 old looking hotdogs or nachos. The older woman working refused to make anything at all and was quite rude about it. Ended up leaving with a bag of chips. Worst customer service Ive ever experienced at this store.

Walked in for a pop and at impulse thought id grab a lighter for my candle.The old woman asked for my id bc the cash asks for it. So what would you enter in the cash if it was a 65 year old? Im a 20 something year old who was on duty wearing my security uniform at 2am… What a complete inconvenience. Long story short use your head, you look old enough.

Went there with my wife today at 7:10pm 15/12/2021 and were served with the most ignorant/racist east Indian looking woman ive ever encountered in a customer serving business. My wife was asked for I.D. rudely, then snickered at her with attitude because she looks young. The teller then did not say a word nor even look at us, just threw our cigarettes on the counter along with the 4 other items, some of which were larger. We clearly needed a bag and were both waiting looking at her to serve/help us while she purposely looked the other way. I then asked for a bag, she then grabbed a bag, while still purposely not looking at us, and just threw it on the counter. Not only did she not bag the items for us, but also made my wife reach uncomfortably through the covid plexiglass to gather our things to bag them herself. We gave her absolutely no reason to be ignorant and rude, and seems to have only been because of the colour of our skin. Apparently us white people are not deserving of mutual respectful customer service and are treated like trash. In our place of business, we treat everybody no matter of their appearances, gender or race, with equal and professional quality service.

Oct 19th at 11:11 the young lady working the till was fantastic! Greeted me upon arrival, offered me some in-store deals or food before check out but was pushy. Then explained the 7-11 reward card which I wouldve gotten if I regularly came to 7-11 great job! Sorry I didn't catch her name 10/10

I use my Pre paid VISA Card for purchase ,funny how this morning i try to pay for a bag of Milk and the cashier is asking for my last digits ,then says in will not go threw ,twice , i go to 7-11 in Thorold works fine 3 hours Later i am getting call saying someone is trying to purchase $600.00 E-BAY Gift card an a $300.00 amazon gift card. beware of using any card payments
