I’m not sure where any of these negative reviews are coming from. Especially about the cleanliness of the store. This is the absolute cleanest gas station convenience store I’ve ever seen. Fresh coffee, stocked by shelves bright and well laid out with a huge variety of things. You are always greeted upon entry and always told to have a great day! Shout out to the employee in the front (Silas) for being so kind and making sure the coffee was fresh!

Several times now on my way to work I swing by this gas station and there’s an awesome employee Nate that is always going above and beyond!! The first time he washed my back windshield while my gas was pumping and I sincerely thanked him thinking it was a one time thing and several times now he’s done this!! I’ll keep coming just to this location because of him! Helping everyone stay safe as much as he can! Wish I could give more than five stars just for this employee, he deserves to be recognized.

Very friendly staff. I was having a bad night and just went up there for a phone charger since I forgot mine somewhere. Phone died and I really needed one. My card didn't go through for the whole payment and I still owed some money. The cashier said don't worry about it and took out his wallet to pay for the rest. What a amazing caring person. Thank you so much for your kindness. You made my bad night so much better.

By far the worst customer service I've ever received. I shop at this location four to five times a week. Today was my first time returning cans at this location and I was rudely told by the female manager inside that it would be at least 15 minutes. After 35 minutes and multiple windows with ZERO customers I was still told to wait. Get it together and you should be ashamed.

I really like the service of the employees I have had friendly encounters. They have the drinks I really like the ice drinks. Nice convenient store and a place to get gas.

Takes forever to come out to put gas and when they come out they come out in a really bad mood . Worst customer service I’ve received at a gas station . Chevron across the street is way better.

Wish I could give zero stars. Went here on Thanksgiving and asked for $10 of regular and used my card (bad idea). The next thing I realize, the fuel pump clicks off and I see the total amount say $35.44, meaning he instead filled my tank when I only requested $10. Now normally I wouldn’t cause a stink, but I only had $26 in my account, which is why I was only getting $10!!! So now, I will be charged an EXTRA $35 by my bank due to overdraft fees, all because the gas attendant “accidentally” filled my tank, when I had asked for $10!!!! Never going here ever again. The worker basically stared off into space waiting for the moment to pass as I spoke to him and demanded my refund. He claimed there was nothing he could do and said I could come back in the morning to talk with his boss and they said there’s nothing they can do! Now I’m out $75.44, when I only wanted $10 of gas on my way home from work on Thanksgiving at 2am. THANKS, SHELL

Went to use their car wash. I took the time to rinse down my car before starting to out my money in the machine. A good 5mins. Put in the cost of the car was $7. When an attendant ran to me and said that the machine is broken and you have to pay inside. I explained i Already paid and he told me he can not refund me that they "usually catch people in time to prevent this" I go inside to get a refund and I'm told there is nothing they can do. I asked them why there wasn't a sign posted and was told there use to be one. I was given a number to call turns out it's the stores number and I talk to the same person who gave me the number. It's not the cost that's the issue it's their shady way of not paying me back. How many other people have they swindled out of a few bucks? Not only that why isn't there a sign posted saying you must pay inside.

This gas station has an aging style (90's era), feels dirty and is VERY cramped if more than a few people enter. The products are very high priced (even for a gas station) and the gas prices are laughable. However, people always seem to be there so apparently some folks like it.
