This was a mixed bag. Very cool that they are branching out and have a bunch of board and card games. The store was just a bit disorganized.

We ordered a marble chess set and timer and the set is beautiful! The board was cracked, which we weren't too upset about since marble is fragile. But customer service was very helpful and friendly in resolving the issue.

I ordered a chessboard set from them around Thanksgiving time. The set arrives with a foot broken off in the corner. I email them and they quickly get another one out to me with apologies. Then, believe it or not, this second one has the same problem! I email again with no response, so then I have to call. They claim they will take care of it, but I got no tracking email as I had two times prior, so I call, and they say, that they must have forgot to ship it out! The third one finally shows up about one entire month after I originally had ordered it to begin with (right before Christmas), it was fine, but they neglected to send me a paid return shipping label, after they had said to hang onto these to send back. So, here I am almost two months after the original order (almost two weeks after New Year's), still stuck with the aftermath of this nightmare in the form of packaging materials and two damaged chessboards taking up room in my house. Save yourself some serious hassle and do not do business with these people.
