I tasked them to sell an instrument for me, but they never did. It was there for a year, and they never even bothered adding it to their Reverb or website inventory. At least they're friendly.

When it comes to finding what you need for musical instruments and more I would start here with their helpful and friendly staff. My son’s clarinet needed adjusting. They were able to get him in same day, Dorian talked with my son about the issues and he got everything taken care of while we waited. They are amazing and their prices for the service are too low in my opinion. Thank you!!!

I DO NOT recommend. I rook a sax in to be re padded a few months ago. They told me it would take a couple of months. I was told it would be finished around Oct 25. I called the end of September to see if it might be done early and was told it wouldn’t be done early but was still on schedule for around Oct 25. Yesterday I got a call telling me it will be sometime after the New Year before it will be fixed. I rook it in with the hopes of having done by my sons birthday on October 3rd but October 25 was as soon as they could do it. Now I am informed they won’t even be able to get to it by Christmas. Thanks for nothing. I would give them a zero if possible. They have really gone downhill.

Been and Long time customer of theirs and while repair personal doesn't remain constant, the consistent quality of work they do does. I don't know if it's because I'm a long time customer, but they will take smaller repairs I need done on my instruments like pad replacements, bore oiling, and key rotations, and do them on the spot. No waiting for weeks of missed practice time! Not only are the repair persons consistently exceptional but their front desk staff are incredible and kind. Another thing I love about them, is they carry a large inventory of instruments at most times and will happily let you try them even if you don't have an intent to purchase. I got to try an extended range clarinet and a "C" clarinet while I got my sax repaired in shop!

A friend recommended this store as a good option to find a sax for my new player. Their website has a lot of info on used instruments available and they quickly replied to my inquiries on rental instruments. they let us try out a couple of used instruments to help my daughter find one that worked for her. They recently fixed something on the instruments while I waited as part of the warranty service. It is a bit of a drive over to this area but very worth it for great options and support.

I called in to ask about having my 1900's era Cornet worked on, it had been a family heirloom for decades and i was hoping i could get it into playing shape. This horn had been sitting for many years and looked like it had been through some hard times. The staff assured me that it could be repaired and after speaking with the Technician and finding a time that would work for my schedule the horn was restored beautifully. Thank you Wally's
