Just got my car back after Charlie did a Head Gasket replacement on my 2007 Subaru Outback. It took a little longer than expected due to the machine shop taking longer to get the parts back to him but he was transparent about it the whole process, giving me daily updates on where he was on the work and his next steps. This was a big job and Charlie got it done well and for a very reasonable price! I typically do my own work on my car but if I ever need a big job done by a professional again I'll be back to get the work done here! Service: Engine repair

Charlie has one of the most honest and knowledgeable Euro car shops in the area. After taking my Mini to a shop out of town for a misfire issue and having them quote me $7k for repairs completely unrelated, I took it to Charlie and haven’t looked back. Charlie has been nothing but helpful and truly cares about helping rather than making a quick buck. I plan to have my car serviced at Global Auto for the entirety that I own it (and future Euro cars should I own more). Can’t recommend Charlie and his team enough!

GLOBAL IS THE BEST. They have saved me thousands just over the past five years just through common sense diagnostics and great customer service. I would've had to sell my 2003 C230, if I didn't have Global. After I hit a deer in my Mercedes, the body shop the insurance company recommended was clueless about how to complete or QA any mechanical work. Global stepped up and helped me get my car working again and did the paperwork needed to prove the repairs to the insurance company and get covered. Working with someone as true and straight-forward as Global shows that there are still some gems, some really great people, if you can find them. I can't recommend them enough. Charlie is amazing! He knows everything there is to know about german cars. He prices honestly and fairly. He walks you thru what was wrong rather than just charging you without explanation. He has helped me more times than I can count with knowledge and service I haven't received anywhere else. If you need a good mechanic, look no further.

If you own a German car this is the only place to go. Charlie is awesome, has great prices, and does excellent work. Always goes above and beyond to explain what he does and never recommends or pushes for unnecessary services. He’s extremely knowledgeable and a super nice guy to boot! I won’t take my car anywhere else.

Global has been servicing my two BMW's for a couple of years. One of them, I bought 20 years ago and it has been to several dealerships and numerous repair shops over those years. In all that time I have never experienced the quality of service I get from Global. Charlie Haley is the most knowledgeable mechanic I have ever met. He takes the time to explain the repairs without the usual BS that puts you in a panic. He is very honest, does not do more repairs than necessary,and charges a reasonable price. He saved me from getting ripped off today when I had my newer BMW at a body shop to fix a slow window. I was alarmed when they called me to jack up the original repair estimate from $300 to $650. I called Charlie and he thought it didn't sound right. I immediately stopped the repair before the new parts were put in and took it to Charlie. He found that the extra they tried to add to the repair was bogus and he did the repair for less than $300. It is wonderful to have a great repair shop I can trust!
