Specifically for the pharmacy. I want to begin by saying I understand staffing issues and being busy. What I don’t understand is how they can care about their patients and close the drive through. There are people who can’t come in for various reasons. Sick children, sick themselves, elderly, pregnant. It’s closed every time I need to pick up mine and my daughters medicine. The hen after having to come into the store and wait in a line backed up to the jewelers. I’m sitting there with my toddler near the electronics while trying to keep my toddler from watching the PS5 games previews which state they are rated for mature people. So it’s showing blood and violence. This is outrageous Fred Meyer. Figure out your stuff

Sadly this place has gone way down hill. Check your expiration dates here as they do not rotate their stock. On my last trip eggs were expired by 2 weeks! Some bread was a week after the best by date, and the yogurt 4 pack box was damp. Which means they leave this stock staged on pallets for hours and allow it to thaw. That folks will make you sick! Next time you are there check the hot dogs and notice the plastic pack is never snug as it should be. This is a true sign it was left unrefrigerated for hours. On the same trip I saw chicken breast in the package that was ballooning out which indicates it is bad and off-gasses from bacteria. I guess that is why it had a clearance sticker.... All of this is unacceptable as we are paying record prices for food in this economy. Fix the problem!!!

Really appreciate the Click List option. Staff is super helpful and relieves any anxiety over the process.

There are multiple reasons why, but it appears corporate has decided to not pay attention to their labor crisis and implement new rules. This store charges higher prices and yet makes us the paying customer continually do more. For every carded purchase you now must wait to have your ID card scanned. Even if you’ve known the cashier for many years or look 70. They can no longer bypass the system. Therefore wait times have increased significantly including at self checkout. Not only am I now scanning the groceries, bagging it, etc I now get to wait 5 minutes until the cashier finally has time to scan my ID. If you do get lucky and can use an actual cashier because the line isn’t down the aisles you will have to bag your own groceries like at Winco. Unsure at this point why the prices are more than winco when it’s the same amount of work. It’s really sad that this has happened. I appreciate all the workers, but slowly corporate has destroyed this store.

Clean store that was well stocked. The staff were very pleasant people. Parking is layed in a challenging way for larger vehicles

Has everything. I would give more stars but they need to work on security. I was sitting in the parking lot waiting for my wife in the store and witnessed no less than 3 tweaker looking individuals walking the lot looking in car windows. Not cool. I tried reporting it but wasn’t taken seriously. Seems like since it’s outside the store they didn’t care. Other than that great prices. Always busy though. Go early morning or late evening if you want to avoid the crowds for sure.

Some of the deli workers move at an absolutely glacial pace. I wish there were a way to leave an order for deli items, so you could do that first thing, shop for your other items, and come back when you're done. Then my time wouldn't be wasted.

I’m not sure why I would get a frozen chicken cordon blue from the fresh meat counter but, I’m annoyed. I purchased 2. One is frozen. Not acceptable
