Preston was so patient with upgrading my dads phone. My dad is coming from an old style flip phone to his first ever smart phone. My dad also is an excavator so we wanted to get him the best case possible and get him all the accessories he needed. Preston went above and beyond in his customer service. He answers all our questions, helped us with the best accessory package possible with other options as well. Preston is very knowledgeable and thought myself and my dad new tips. I will be taking my att business needs to Preston from now on! This store is very lucky to have such an amazing knowledgeable and caring rep/manager!

That place with the man, Preston, makes it the best place to do Phone business. He helped me with my new phone and gave me a great education to use this phone and made it possible to get an attachment I wanted, which would cost 70 dollars, but Preston came up with 2 more devices which I enjoy using and the total cost for all 3 was 55 dollars. Wow! What savings. And also none of the attachments are not needed. He should get a raise. Larry Ellis

Preston G helped me switch from Verizon to AT&T, and made it an incredibly easy and positive experience. He helped me choose the right new phone for me and got me the most incredible discounts on everything! Not only did he help me and answer all of my many questions, but I observed him assist several other customers in a timely manner and with infinite patience even though he was the only person on the sales floor. I'm only a new customer to AT&T so I don't know much about them yet, but I can say that if I have any questions or issues I will happily return to this branch, as opposed to Verizon where I dreaded having to come in in person. My one time of coming in will bring me back forever. Omg friendliest. Most helpful phone store I have been too. The staff made everything super smooth. Answered all my questions and gave me helpful tips. Only told me what I needed to know showed me things I might want without having that horrible sales thrown at you. Genuinely trying to get me what I want or need. Hands down best AT&T store ever. Had me scream for joy. cops came they screamed also at the killer deals unfortunately no arrest were made as they can’t arrest bargains. Preston helped me last and I kinda say you guys better pay him good !!! He's amazing.

The manager here, Preston, is the man! He told me he’s managed this store for several years but had left for nearly the past 6 months and just returned to the company a couple weeks back. This explains part of the staffing issues and some of the poor reviews during his absence but I assure you all that Preston and his employee Hunter are as friendly, knowledgeable, and professional as they come. These 2 fellas as absolute experts and are the reason I’m still an AT&T customer. I definitely will be back!!

The first sales person started transferring my data from a 256gb old phone to my new “upgraded“ phone, then said just keep them close and sent me on my way. Once home, after still not transferred, I realized that my “upgrade “ had only 64gb storage. Then I realized too that the new case he had snapped on was not button compatible with the new phone. I had to go back. This time the 2nd guy basically said “tough. I can’t help you. We don’t have any iphones on sale with more storage. You need to get your upgrade at the Gresham Station store.” I asked if he couldn’t call that store and have one sent over; I would come back when an upgrade was available. He said “no, “we don’t do that “ as the only excuse. I became very upset at his unwillingness to work with me or even offer a different deal that I raised my voice. He then shrugged again said he would call the police. I was stunned. I’m an old lady being given very inadequate service by a one clerk followed by a second rude clerk who never once thought to apologize for the earlier mistakes, eg “I’m sorry ma’am that this happened. What can I do to help.” He basically shrugged and wanted me out of the store (He was alone. was I interrupting his private time?) My advice? Skip this store and head to Gresham Station or better try to work the AT&T website. Don’t waste your time here.

Garrett was THE BOSS! I have a business account with AT&T. One of my employees had a problem with their phone. There were several other customers that came in after us and Garrett handled the pressure with such calm demeanor. We were fixed up and out the door shortly. No heavy fees and NO pushy sales!!! Actually a refreshing electronic experience.
