It was lame. I went to pay phone bill and thay were closed an hour early I meen what's up with that. As a result I was late and charged. I give three because it's only this store, not cricket.

Went to this place to to find out whats was going on with my bill. After 10 mins of explaining my situation and showing the text messages as well logging in to my cricket, as well as having the desk cleark check there own records and given them access to my account. I was told I didn't owe anything on my bill and the messages must have been sent by mistake, by there records and account my bill wasn't due until may, must've been a mixup somehow I was in goodstanding and to disregard the messages sent, so I did. Wake up the next day to find out my service has be shut off. I need to now pay a $15.00 reactivation fee..... on top of my following month bill to have my service turned back on for something I was told by the desk cleark was a mistake and to disregard after he clearly looked up my account. So... no service and a extra fee on top of my next months bill to get my service back on for what. A error on the desk clerks behalf. Careful who you go to.

This particular Cricket Wireless locations sucks big time they have never been able to help me with the simplest of questions. Today I showed up at 10 a.m. the time that they are supposed to open the door was locked and the guy was right there at the desk he saw me didn't even acknowledge me. I stayed there for a good four minutes but because I have to use the restroom and it started to rain I left. The only reason why I gave them one star was so this box would open up and I can leave a review. The Cricket store on 122nd and Division they are awesome I suggest to go there instead

I been coming to this store for years and the people there are really helpful they help me transfer all my staff every time I get new phones and give me a great costumer service experience. I always recommend everyone to come here if they are looking for good cellphone service

Without asking I was signed up for a protection plan which definitely did NOT want. The sales team on at this location is unethical and need to be trained proper ethical sales techniques. Heads up to customers they can do this without you signing anything.

Terrible service. Never helped with anything so I switched providers. When I did that, they ignored me, my emails, and my calls. Unless you have no other choice, avoid Cricket at all costs. It is a waste of your time and money.

Customer service agent at the store lied to me several times today. What was strange, was that he lied to me about blatant things that are easy to cross-check. For instance, he said that I had always had the plan that I have now, even though I changed it two days ago. (I've been a customer for 3 years and know what I've been paying up until two days ago) the weird thing is, I don't even know why he lied about these things. I can't figure out whether he just didn't want to do the work to solve the problem, wanted to upsell me a phone or had some other motive. If you have to do something easy like pay your bill, I guess you could use this store. But for anything more complicated I wouldn't trust going here.
