I spent over $100 yesterday & Sadama with his closing rookie crew where answering private phone calls instead of assisting me THE CUSTOMER. When I addressed this to them he ended up calling his family brothers to try fight me literally because they were close to closing time & they were in a rush! As a Portland Native & a City Worker, this is far most WORST cell phone store in America!!They need to Re-train there workers or get people with good Customer moral support. Super unprofessional!1st & last time we coming there

David was amazing he got my acp connected fast and simple I went to other stores and got know help I really like this store and the new staff I will be back to get the home internet he offered plus they offer a payment plan for new phones I never knew about I really felt good leaving the store the manager there is doing a great job

David and j were great really love this store I can't stand William at Broadway he is so unhelpful and rude he locks the doors to me when I need everytime this will be my go to store wroth the 10min walk

They have a terrific deal going on right now. Anyone who is at 200% or less of national poverty line income can now get ACP $30.00 off their monthly payments, and a brand mew galaxy 5th generation smartphone. So if you choose their $30, unlimited text, talk, and internet you pay $00.00 per month , no strings !!! I'm just a customer and receive no compensation. BTW, the ACP 30.00 discount is what they use to call "Obama phones"

Bad review came in since customer service told me to visit another store with notes attached guy was straight rude !!!! By far worst customer service by all 3 locations don't ask for a guy name Rick !!! Not helpful

First of all I am very upset with the way they do business, poor customer service, not to mention, i honest forgot what that tall black females name was but she don't fit in that job, got a phone and service and she CHARGED ME FOR a phone case and screen protector that I wasn't aware of, SHE DID NOT EVEN ASK ME IF I WANTED A PHONE CASE AND SCREEN PROTECTOR!! She tryna make money on the phone case and screen protector that was supposed to be free. She tryna hustle.... Whatever happen to savey????
