Once my contract expires I will be leaving t-mobile. A year ago I purchased a phone as well as a screen protector for my phone. I was told that I can come in and replace the screen protector at anytime. I came in today and was told that they are not able to verify that I purchased a screen protector. I don’t see why I should have to pay for the same product twice due to an error made by an employee.

They can’t help process deferred trade-ins, won’t contact customer service for account issues, and can’t look up order info. Seems that this T Mobile exists to sign you up for a plan and that’s about it. You’re on your own afterwards.

Worst T-Mobile Store By far .I wish I can give 0 Star but it’s not an option. I had an accident which cause my screen to break so I called T-Mobile and they told me to go to this store to replace my phone through my insurance I walked in on Friday after talking to T-Mobile over the phone for hours they gave me the address to this store to go pick up the a new replacement after 25 minutes waiting ( 2 T-Mobile sales associates talking to One customer) The dude came in and he pretty much told me that whatever T-Mobile told me it’s not going to happen and he didn’t care what T-Mobile Told me over the phone even though it’s in writing and I showed him everything, Very disappointing experience!

I went to get a screen protector replaced. I walked into the store and waited about 25 minutes and got some help which was understandable they were very busy, after i had addressed that i was there simply to replace the screen protector the woman who was helping me asked for my number and id, and i gave her the information. After she pulled up my account she said i could not replace the screen protector due to there not being a purchase history of the original screen protector. So i bought a new one because it sounded like i had not purchased a protection plan. Later on my screen cracked again so i went to a store in beaverton because it was close by. They informed me there that i did not need purchase history. 🤥 i later called the other store back and they told me that their policy is based on the OWNER. I later on asked to speak to the manager and ask why i was not informed of this policy before purchase, but the employee told me there was no manager present for the remainder of the day, so i let it be, i than called the customer care line right after calling the store, only to ask them why their policy was not informed to me the moment i purchased a screen. They then explained to me that no store should need purchase history of a screen protector. They explain to me that if you purchased a screen protector with a protection plan for your phone it will always be covered for free at any given location. They had apologize to me and corrected this stores mistake. Let it be known that no one is allowed to to do that at any given store. I strongly do not recommend the store given the fact that for one I was in the middle of a conversation on the phone with one of the people at the store when I had asked why I was not informed of the policy and the person explain to me that the policy is the owners decision so I had asked why they did not tell me before I purchase the screen protector. The employee had change the subject right after I had asked that question and told me “There are other people waiting in line to come into the store is there anything else I can help you with” so I said no and hung up the phone. Secondly, The employees do not seem to be aware that this is an incorrect statement of the general policy, meaning that someone in the higher rank of this store has failed to communicate to the employees that they need to replace anything with a protection plan on the phone at a certain extent. Finally, Let it be known that as I called the second time and had asked to speak to the manager the person started chuckling and giggling while speaking to me. The employee had a failed to take my conversation seriously. Therefore showing lack of care I am poor customer service. Keep in mind too that the owner has messaged me on google about this stating the situation is a process they need and yet customer service clearly states that they aren’t allowed to withhold that proof of purchase based off of the customer service line. Note that if this is the case it should be clearly stated to the customer before hand. Otherwise it shows poor communication to the customer therefore providing poor customer service. ALSO NOTE!!!! That i called the customer representative line and spoke to them they told me they shouldnt have charged me for another screen protector when i already had one purchased and warrantied. They refunded my money even though the store wouldn’t do that. Never go here. Look at the other bad reviews, you’ll see. Only store i have ever had a problem with in 4 years of being with t-mobile. Screw your store!

I was refused at a previous T-Mobile Store to be able to return our phones through the Jump program. They told me to search online. Thanks. I found the Wash. sq⁴ store. John was awesome. Best customer service I've received in person on the last four years. Seriously. Helped figure out our issue. Had to bring out a manager to help, she was equally awesome. They both figured our issue and helped us go forward. A+++ Top notch customer service. Thank you John and manager(we are so sorry we didn't get your name but you were great.)

You know, I don’t mind waiting to be helped. What I do mind is having to wait while employees are just walking around the store. The store manager Edna came telling me I was almost up and I just had to wait a bit longer while she just walked around looking over her employees shoulders. Why couldn’t she help? In my experience managers help their team when they are busy. I sat and waited only for them to tell me they didn’t have what I needed which i stated I needed to two different employees. Why does T-Mobile let their users have insurance and free screen replacements if they never have any replacements in stock? This is the second T-Mobile in the area I’ve tried to get a screen protector from. Frustrating experience to say the least.

I went into the store only looking for a future plan on how to switch from my current family plan to my own- I figured it would be a complicated process and I might not be able to get it done that day. Jason helped me out, and I told him what I needed; he told me what to do, how to do it, and what to expect with a new plan. We ended up being able to switch me over to a new one within 10 minutes, zero hassle or headache. And way cheaper than I honestly prepared for. Jason made my day making things so easy! And the rest of the staff seemed to be very helpful to the customers around me, too. I now know where to go for any phone troubles I may run into!

My husband and I went into the Washington Square T-Mobile this weekend. He needed a new phone and we were also looking to get some air pods for me. We were lucky enough to get Jason. He was absolutely amazing. He got my husband into the new Galaxy S20 and my husband just loves it!! Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly. I have the plan where you can upgrade your screen protector whenever you want. Jason did an incredible job replacing my screen protector and putting one on my husband's new phone (with NO air bubbles)... we all know what a pain that can be. The store and Jason were amazing with following social distancing, not letting too many people in the store and wearing masks! We will definitely be visiting this store in the future for our T-Mobile needs thanks to Jason.
