9 Best cell phone store in Portland, Oregon (OR) 2024

I needed help finding a large sd card and they pointed me in the right direction to locate exactly what I needed! It was extremely kind after I had just been given no help at all at the Milwaukie at&t store. Next time I need service at an at&t store I will choose this one- even though I live in Milwaukie. 👍👍 ~L

Worst T-Mobile Store By far .I wish I can give 0 Star but it’s not an option. I had an accident which cause my screen to break so I called T-Mobile and they told me to go to this store to replace my phone through my insurance I walked in on Friday after talking to T-Mobile over the phone for hours they gave me the address to this store to go pick up the a new replacement after 25 minutes waiting ( 2 T-Mobile sales associates talking to One customer) The dude came in and he pretty much told me that whatever T-Mobile told me it’s not going to happen and he didn’t care what T-Mobile Told me over the phone even though it’s in writing and I showed him everything, Very disappointing experience! ~Dr.

I’m a new user so I needed some help with payment and a few other things. I have never met people in customer service that are so socially inept. I felt incredibly alienated for asking basic questions. I was looked at as if they didn’t understand why I was talking to them. I really regret going with Verizon based on customer service. If you don’t look a middle-class suburbanite, you are probably not welcome here. ~Christopher

I spent over $100 yesterday & Sadama with his closing rookie crew where answering private phone calls instead of assisting me THE CUSTOMER. When I addressed this to them he ended up calling his family brothers to try fight me literally because they were close to closing time & they were in a rush! As a Portland Native & a City Worker, this is far most WORST cell phone store in America!!They need to Re-train there workers or get people with good Customer moral support. Super unprofessional!1st & last time we coming there ~Amole

The store manager is Awesome and makes everything as easy as possible. However they were recently sold out of the Samsung phone I wanted and sold me a brand new phone that they had just started selling called the Wiko and it's being compared to the cheapest version of the Samsung A collection... I can assure you it's not comparable in the least! This phone is absolutely garbage. My hotspot crashes every single time I try to use it. It's only 4g and slow as molasses in winter, and just about every app crashes at least once per day and this has all been going on since the minute I started using this piece of trash phone! I would not recommend this phone at all. Ever. Please do not waste your time, money and sanity on this piece of junk! ~Jody

I got very poor service from Andrea, He could of done a better of job connecting me with a more appropriate phone, cricket is great just not the dealerships sometime. Take it from guy who actually owned a cell phone store. Go somewhere else. I only came here because the other store near me was closed. Do not bother going to this store if you need help or service. You WILL..GET OVERCHARGE FOR THINGS YOU DO NOT NEED OR WANT. ~XDC

I'm pretty sure I heard crickets there,but it was a response to my jokes about cellular phone service and one that would be considered inappropriate and I'll leave it at that. ~jerry

I was there Sunday when my phone number didn't transfer over from Google Fi after purchasing new phones. We worked with Evelyn and she really went above and beyond to help us. My whole business is run off of my phone, and if she wouldn't have been able to help transfer my number, I could lose a lot of business. The whole team was also very positive and pleasant to work with despite the rude customers who came in while we were there. Let's all just be nice folks.
