I needed help finding a large sd card and they pointed me in the right direction to locate exactly what I needed! It was extremely kind after I had just been given no help at all at the Milwaukie at&t store. Next time I need service at an at&t store I will choose this one- even though I live in Milwaukie. 👍👍

Kayla and Deshai provided excellent service helping me choose products and enlightening me about deals. Deshai flawlessly applied the screen protector while Kayla, despite being new, perfectly attached the difficult-to-handle otter case. Now I can confidently chuck my phone at walls without fear of breaking it!

It looks like the store might be under staffed, but the person who was on duty handled things very well and I didn't feel ignored while I waited.

I had a great first experience trading for a new iPhone. Helpful staff. However I’ve returned 3 separate days and times to drop off my old phone to trade in and no staff have been there. There’s always a scribbled sticky note saying, back in 15min, back at 2:15 (it was 1pm at the time), etc. i even waiting the 15min and no one was there. I left after 25min outside. I hope they can update their hours because this has become really inconvenient for something that should be really quick. I know staffing is tough these days but at least update hours online so that customers don’t make out-of-the-way trips to just have to turn back, again and again and again….

Had to wait a bit as they were busy but glad I didn’t leave! Greg helped me find exactly what I needed and resolved my issue and answered my questions in no time which made the wait worth it. Very happy with my purchase and the customer service.

I wanted to wait until our issue was fixed. Now that it's in the works, all I can say is Tim was amazing! We originally went into another store to get started with this AT&T account and completely got screwed over by that store. We since then moved to Portland and decided to go to this location to talk to Tim about our bill. When we got to the location Tim took the time to listen to our situation and then took the time to dig into our account and bill and let us know what the other location had signed us up for. Little did we know the other location off of Cedar Hills in Beaverton had signed us up for a bunch of stuff we didn't even sign up for. They signed us up for a business account and also signed us up for a third line that we were getting charged for. Tim went above and beyond for my husband and I by communicating with us through every issue that got fixed for us! Honestly he has great customer service skills and he explained to us fully to where he understood what happened and how we got screwed over with a $403 bill. If it wasn't for him, we wouldn't even know what to do. We are working now with the DM (who has been really amazing) from the original store that screwed us over but knowing that people out there like Tim exist is just a blessing! We appreciate everything you've done for us and really want to thank you Tim for all your help! Hands down wished we would've waited to go to this location to open our AT&T account. I'm sure our experience would've been so much better!

My experience with AT&T during a call to the customer service line was very frustrating so I went into the store and I'm so thankful I did! Not only was I able to work out my long to-do list during my store visit but I was very impresser with the customer service and overall experience that Timothy, the store manager provided. Timothy was so knowledgeable, cool, calm and collected during our 3 hour interaction I went back a week later to add another line and buy a new phone - can't recommend him enough!

I just upgraded my phone. Had a great experience there. The rep was knowledgeable and efficient. Got me in and out quickly. I planned on getting there just as they opened on a Sunday AM. Worked well for me, wait was short. Downside is that they are lightly staffed on Sunday, so it could result in a longer wait than you might be willing to tolerate. Still, I'm quite pleased with the service
