The store manager is Awesome and makes everything as easy as possible. However they were recently sold out of the Samsung phone I wanted and sold me a brand new phone that they had just started selling called the Wiko and it's being compared to the cheapest version of the Samsung A collection... I can assure you it's not comparable in the least! This phone is absolutely garbage. My hotspot crashes every single time I try to use it. It's only 4g and slow as molasses in winter, and just about every app crashes at least once per day and this has all been going on since the minute I started using this piece of trash phone! I would not recommend this phone at all. Ever. Please do not waste your time, money and sanity on this piece of junk!

Well...it's in one of the worst areas in Portland so it seems the workers are not paid enough to deal with the riff Raff they have to deal with and the significant danger to their life and well-being emotionally and otherwise. And the service and quality provided by the corporate MetroPCS, I.E. T mobile, is affordable and adequate but also see somewhat scammy. When you're broke you get what you get you don't throw a fit.

People are horrible but a phone in May and now it's July been having problems with the internet they don't want to fix it tell me I have to buy a new phone or a new SIM card when I only had the phone for 2 months they say they're all about customer care they're not

Four stars is for the lone attendant that was extremely polite and helpful. Upgraded my phone to a phone I wound up hating in a few days. Once again existing customers get the shaft.lol. They have a 14day return policy, but if you read to the end it doesn’t apply to upgrades. So now I’m stuck getting use to this phone, btw it wasn’t a Free Upgrade either, just a discount off full price. So I paid 160. For a phone I can’t return or trade for a different one. All these carriers are the same, the new get the deals and the loyal existing get the shaft. But once again the attendant was the best he’s allowed to be👍🏼To him.

I went in there to pay my bill and they were trying to charge me $4 to pay in the store. So the gentleman help me pay online and it T-Mobile takes my money. And then the gentleman Kevin tells me that it didn't go through and I can't get my phone turned on. We are in the middle of a pandemicand I would like to have my phone so I can keep in touch with family and Friends,also I am currently unemployed so the $30 at a cost was only 30 I had and now I can't get my phone turned on and he was of no help to me at all! Very displeased with a service and with T-Mobile

Person who sold me my phone didn’t set it up so I could log in and pay my bill online. Called them and they didn’t have the correct zip code attached to my account. Thanks to the pandemic the store that I bought it is closed so I can’t go in and fix this. Now I have to call every time to pay my bill. On top of that, the customer service on the phone is horrendous and the people they hire just spew corporate lines they’re fed to say without actually listening to the customer. Go with literally anyone else.
