Fast friendly service. I have had many different carriers and went back to Verizon 10+ years ago. Verizon just keeps getting better. This is a corporate store, I advise never to go to a franchise as they tac on their own fees making it more expensive.

Waited for over an hour for them to tell me it was going to be a longer wait. Store is filled will customers and they just have employees standing around not helping anyone.

I’m a new user so I needed some help with payment and a few other things. I have never met people in customer service that are so socially inept. I felt incredibly alienated for asking basic questions. I was looked at as if they didn’t understand why I was talking to them. I really regret going with Verizon based on customer service. If you don’t look a middle-class suburbanite, you are probably not welcome here.

Verizon itself is one of the worst customer service over priced mobile companies in history. This store in particular only has 2 stations and superbly understaffed. 2nd visit b.s. just was worser than last Never again

I bought a phone from your store and I needed some more help so I made an appointment. When I got to the store it was "temporarily" closed! I was told that I need a store appointment to get the help. What good is an appointment if the store decides not to open. Also, when I bought my phone on February 26, 2022, my salesperson promised, as an enticement for me to buy a phone and get a data plan, that I would get a senior discount on the data plan. He explained how I should call customer service to get the discount. I was to do this after I set up the Verizon app. I called customer service and was told that the senior discount program was cancelled, and it made no difference that I was promised one at a corporate Verizon store. I trusted that Verizon was an honest, ethical company, but obviously they are not. A promise made by an employee of a corporate store to a senior citizen as an enticement to make a purchase should be honored by the corporation.

Appointment only. Was a waist of time. Front desk service wasn't very helpful came across as annoyed and nonunderstanding. I don't expect them to open just for 1 customer but a good positive attitude and refreshing energy that invites the customer to have a good experience regardless of its Appointment only. I think management should help employees have a better approach engaging with customers.

The staff helping us made some completely uncalled for comments about the word "trans" as if it was a bad word or not to be spoken. This employee had no information on us personally but felt it was appropriate to share their opinions on the matter while we're there to discuss cell phones, which we were then not helped with and told to call a number to take care of our request.

AWESOME staff, all are very knowledgeable of all products and services Verizon offers. Just a heads up, as of this posting, they are out of the new iPhone series (13) in the store, but the staff can be order it for you.

I lost my phone on a Friday afternoon while I was paddle boarding, therefore I was very anxious to get a replacement phone and I was the first customer of the day. I was trying to deal with Assurion as this was a insurance claim All the employees in the store were patient with me while I work through that insurance process. I was on the phone with for about an hour. Everyone at the store was great! The customer support I received the night before was not so great and dealing with a Assurion is a pain so hopefully this works out for the best and we all learn from it and how the process works. I’m not much of a fan or Assurion after this experience but that’s a whole other story and does not reflect how amazing the staff at Verizon wireless are! Olivia was VERY patient, professional and thorough. She helped me with selecting the most amazing phone after listening to what was important to me. She also helped me select some super cool accessories. I appreciate all the time she took with me and her wonderful demeanor. I will be sure to ask for Olivia the next time I’m in the market for anything that Verizon wireless sells. I feel badly for the employees at the local stores when they have to deal with the corporate nonsense between Verizon Wireless and Assurion. Regardless, everyone at the store is fabulous! I have been a Verizon wireless customer from the beginning of time - well from my very first cell phone and I’m still a very satisfied customer, even more so after my experience with the store in downtown Portland!
