Preston G helped me switch from Verizon to AT&T, and made it an incredibly easy and positive experience. He helped me choose the right new phone for me and got me the most incredible discounts on everything! Not only did he help me and answer all of my many questions, but I observed him assist several other customers in a timely manner and with infinite patience even though he was the only person on the sales floor. I'm only a new customer to AT&T so I don't know much about them yet, but I can say that if I have any questions or issues I will happily return to this branch, as opposed to Verizon where I dreaded having to come in in person.
