My wife is in love with Jeane (Gina). We both have done private & public classes from her for her sound therapy & yoga sessions. It really refreshes the soul. She sells handmade soaps, sugar scrubs and sprays, a very hard working small business owner. Her husband helps with the sound therapy sessions and Mary provides personal massages. A very cool local business that appreciates your business. Check em out!

You must visit Jeane at LFY for your yoga practice and an unforgettable sound bath experience! The pricing for private class and sound bath is a deal. Her studio is lovely and so is she. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to many yoga studios, and this one is amazing. So modest and welcoming. Jeane is a fantastic teacher and teaches me something new every class. Jeane is an extremely knowledgeable and patient teacher. In addition to being a highly trained yoga instructor, she is also a licensed personal fitness trainer. Jeane is kind, caring, and nurturing. I feel exceptionally fortunate to have her here in Seaside. I highly recommend her classes. And, if you are in search of a fabulous, deep tissue massage, Mary is gifted in her field. She is also highly in tune with what an individual needs to restore damaged muscles. Mary is every bit as kind, caring, and nurturing as an individual could want in a trained and licensed massage therapist. Living Fit is a wonderful studio!
