Everyone at the Frankston office has been wonderful to me. During my surgery and after they took care of keeping my mail until I was able to finally return home 7 months later. They went above and beyond their expectations. Thank You so much

This is the 2nd time in less than 2 weeks that a pkg was supposedly left on the porch and it is not......this is so flipping frustrating. Why can't you read the address??????? Obviously it got dropped off at someone's house and we have to find. Get it together. The only reason you got a 1 star is for some people who work at the desk in town.

I just moved here and seems the majority of complaints are about the carriers not the actual post office. I am outside of town so not sure if that makes a difference. I've had a few packages that were held at the post office and called with out an issue. Each time I've gone in the woman behind the counter has been as helpful and polite as possible. I mean it's the post office in rural Texas so was not quite sure of what to expect. Plus the reviews on Google are all about how horrible they are. Maybe time will tell but I think my carriers and the actual location have been great. I reduced by one star just because of the condition of the location.

Horrible service! I order packages frequently from Amazon and Everytime they give it to the post office they are late or get lost! I've had a package that I tracked and it's been out for delivery for almost 2 weeks. I have not received a notice saying I have a package or anything. I called and it's at the post office. Why can't they deliver a simple package to your residence, isn't that their job!

I can't even count on both my hands how many times the mail people were to lazy to get out of the car and bring my package to the door instead they just put attempt to deliver you call sitting in your car a attempt do a better job just saying people shouldn't have to wait extra days for there stuff or drive out personally to pick it it up. Straight trash I'd figure they were running a garbage business with that type of professionalism because they are definitely garbage. Ps the mail carrier in the jeep is great the other ones are sorry never missed anything with the lady in the jeep never get anything with anyone else.

worst mail carrier ever! I never get my packages on time. If I did not sign up for informed delivery I would never know what happens to my packages. 9/10 the carrier said the package was undeliverable and I never received a delivery slip/note (whatever it’s called) Carrier does not even leave the vehicle. This last time I ordered a packaged I left instructions to leave on porch since my husband will be home all day and the carrier never delivered I had to check the informed delivery online to find out she never attempted to deliver she notated “held at post office per customer request” this happens every time I order something or someone sends me something.

I lived in Frankston for 6 years and this has got to be the worst postal service ever. I do a lot of online shopping and in 6 years I only ever got 2 notices saying I had boxes at the post office. The rest of it was a guessing game, tracking everything online. Then when you go down and ask for it, they wanna fight because you don’t have a slip. Though my carrier was very nice, the people in the post office itself were always unpleasant and awkward to deal with. My grandmother had sent me checks at least twice that I never received, she would ask me months later why I never cashed them. So there’s more lost mail. Got a replacement credit card because my old one expired, should’ve been forwarded first week of January as well. Finally had to call Chase last week and have it canceled because it never came either. Moved out of state in December. Was waiting on license plates for my new car to get forwarded since the first week of January. I spent much time on the phone with Frankston post office, with them pointing fingers at everybody else and they could not possibly be at fault. It finally came today, March 8, envelope looks like it’s been through a tornado, but there is a bright white forward sticker on it dates March 6.... 3 weeks after my temporary tags expired and I had an illegal car sitting here because they misplaced my mail, but wouldn’t take any responsibility. Always found it strange too that they don’t post mark their mail, so it’s almost impossible to know exactly when it came through there. Just one of many reasons to not live in Frankston, Texas!

Our regular carrier, the one in the silver jeep, is great! The one in the white jeep is good but usually runs late. The other one needs to find a new job. No one on ACR 435 received mail on Saturday December 2nd for some unknown reason. At least the 7 families that I know where asked including myself.

The regular mail carrier is great. The alternate mail carrier needs to be fired. She drops packages from her car window. Leaves packages in the driveway and on the yard cart. OFTEN leaves missed package slips signed at 8:30am when she doesn't come to the neighborhood until 11am-2pm. I took one of the slips the same day to the post office to get my package and was told that she isn't back yet and still has the package on her person. I asked them to please check for me and sure enough my package was at the office. SHE NEVER EVEN ATTEMPTED TO DELIVER IT! If she cannot do her job, then she shouldn't have one.

Rude terrible service at this post office. Mail carrier will not bring out packages just leave a slip. The person at the post office always acts like you are the bad person for making them deal with heavy boxes. Edit 5/11/18 The new employees here are great. They are competent, know me and my girls by name and are always a pleasure to talk to. This post office has turned around. I don't mind going now.
