I was in two days ago and was impressed by the staffs professionalism and patience dealing with a belligerent customer. I’ve been here many times and the service is great, the food is delicious and it’s always clean and friendly. There were two women working while a man was harassing them clearly upset about not being served alcohol because he did not have identification and was clearly already inebriated. He harassed them and they were polite and courteous throughout, even during his tirade. when it came time to pay for his meal, they needed his ZIP Code in order to manually enter his card information, he claimed they must want his ZIP Code to follow him home, which is obviously absurd. He was clearly upset about not being served alcohol 🙄 I especially enjoyed Savanna, a very kind server who held her own beautifully. I hope this establishment commends these women for their professionalism and dedication to their customers.

This place closes at 2am. 3 people in the restaurant at 11:30pm had all but quit serving 3 people. All floor staff outside smoking cigarettes and didn't wash hands before service. Hostess wouldnt tell me what time they close when asked as I walk in stating explicitly, "I am here for beer." Waitress takes my order. No water provided. I order ice tea, 3.29$ for one glass never refilled after I explicitly mention to her I need more tea well before food is eaten. The food? Eggs over cooked sunny side up black on edges. The rest of the order was not what I ordered. Never asked if I needed condiments. After I ask for 57 sauce she helps other table first. When asked for olive oil she does not know if they have it. Asks hostess. All salt shakers with water in them. Salt won't hardly pour clumps so big. Did not bring bill or azk how anything was till I asked and complained. Then couldn't figure how to run my card, hostess knew how, but fails to say why she's asking for my zip code. Until I say, "then you don't need it ." Waitress literally throws a dirty napkin at the hostess behind the bar onto grill laughing right in front of my face. Manager sitting there eating food says nothing on their porch. Not one damn thing when i compalin several times loud for the manager. They didn't even discount my meal for what they completely screwed the order. I pointed it out in the manager's hearing. May God condemn this place. Eat at Taco bell. Don't waste your money here at least not at night. The white guy doing the cleanup was the only guy who was polite or attentive about anything. Nice guy

The food was great but the service was really bad. When you have to search for your own high chair, never get checked on after the food was set down and the waitress seemed annoyed because we went to the cashier after waiting almost a half hour to get our check. May try again one day.

Great staff, waiter was phenomenal but food was absolutely not worth the trip. Ordered stuffed hashbrowns, and they had the crispness of boiled potatoes. There was probably a tablespoon of sour cream and cheese in the whole plate. The waffle came with the strawberries that normally go in strawberry lemonade, and the waffles were cold. I lost my appetite. Manager and waiter were super understanding and great, the comped my meal. I would go back if the food improved just for the service which is the only reason sharis didn’t get one star.

My only thing is I wish Shari’s perhaps updated their diners, I’m all for the classic old school style but a simple refresh would make it feel better vs the “it is old” style they have going on. This location was great and that’s not on them any that the buildings the same as it was when they opened.
